About a year ago I started working on this side of town and have been making regular trips to this Starbucks location. And over the year I’ve seen the staff improve so much. Yes, there are times when they have a crazy line in the drive thru but I avoid that by using the mobile app so that my order is ready when I get there and don’t have to hassle with the lines. But even then the employees have shown nothing but kindness and professionalism. It really makes a difference when you have great employees that greet you when you walk in and thank you before you leave. Not to mention they have always made my order just the way I like it. Thanks guys you’re awesome and feed my caffeine craving so that I may be able to function at work.

I’m BACK at the front counter after having walked to my gate with a bag of inedible food!(Yes, this was worthy of a Unilocal Review in front of the counter) Every last pastry my family purchased was stale, tough, and(not or) chewy. I literally could not tear the croissant with my teeth!!! My husband tried his Cheese Danish and it would only bend when he tried pulling it apart!!! My children(4 and 5 years old) didn’t even complain when I took back their donut roll(hard as an actual wooden LOG)…tsk, tsk, tsk. They should be ashamed to charge the prices that they do and then not deliver quality products to travelers who are depending on them for their«meal» until the next stopping point which could be hours(I’m flying to Germany). I actually SPRINTED back from my gate to ensure I received a full refund. The cashier wanted to see my receipt(wasn’t given one) …how about ask for the bag of stale pastries? ADIOSSTARBUCKS, ADIOS! Needless to say I won’t be spending any more money here.

Always a long wait and they forget your food. They’re friendly but have too much going on at once. It’d be nice if they see you standing there for awhile they’d ask what’s going on or something

When in doubt or in a hurry, Starbucks is tried and true. Very fast and accurate staff here. Most will get to know you by name and there are plenty of times I walk up and my regular drink is already waiting for me. Tea, coffee, and the blueberry scones are top choice. Open early till late so coffee is always on hand for you.

This was the longest I have ever waited for my drink. It wasn’t stirred, and and girl taking the order was unsure about what the drink even was. Maybe it was just a bad day… hope so!

I am giving this place 5 stars! Besides the fact that they always get our order right and they are always courteous, friendly and professional. I’ll tell you why. My husband has NEVER had this happen to him so he was extremely touched. Back in February my mom was having health issues so she was in and out of the hospital for over a month. My family and I never left her alone at the hospital so we would take turns staying with her. My dad would take the coffee they had available at the hospital but my sister and I would prefer to stop by for coffee whenever we would change shifts with him. Well one day my mom got really sick so we were all in the hospital for most of the day waiting to hear from the doctors and my husband had stayed home with all the kids. That night he decided to go check on my mom and stop by to get us some good coffee to get us through the night. He is not a coffee drinker so when he stopped at Starbucks and saw the menu he was confused(he thought he was just going to show up and order 4 coffees). As the lady in the drive thru asked for his order he told her he had no idea what he wanted to order. He said it wasn’t for him that he was taking us coffee in the hospital. She quickly asked him some questions about us and gave him her recommendations… He agreed and went with her suggestions. He ordered something sweet for my sister and I and something strong for my dad and brother in law. When he pulled up to the window the young lady handed him the 4 drinks and said«the drinks are on the house today sir, hope your loved one gets better» he thanked her and tried to pay for the order but she said no that she wanted his family to continue to visit their location when everyone was in a better place. Needless to say, we have definitely been back since my mom has been out of the hospital. It’s not even the fact that they gave him free coffee but the fact that they cared enough to try to do something nice to brighten up our day while we were in that hospital room really meant a lot to us.

Longest lines. Terrible location. Always dirty inside. I waited nearly 30 minutes for one iced Americano in drive thru, and barely got a sorry for the wait. I’ve been to other locations that will usually give me the drink for even waiting 5 – 7 minutes. You’re better off going to the target.

This is the worst Starbucks I have been to. Whoever developed it wasn’t thinking and put it in a terrible location. The drive through is difficult to enter and takes a good twenty to thirty minutes to get through. The inside isn’t any better. The staff isn’t too friendly either. I’ve tried to joke with them but they are short. You are better off going to Target and getting Starbucks.

Extremely slow internet even though barely anyone was there(less than 1 Mbps according to ). The barista didnt know what a mocha cookie crumble was(seriously?). They were redoing the decorations in the middle of the day, using much of their seating area to hold boxes they were unpacking. Shouldn’t that happen after hours? Lastly, they don’t call your name when your drink is ready, so some random person took my drink and they had to remake it. Worst starbucks I’ve been to.

Just ordered an iced black eye, no sweetener with room. Simple enough. I received my drink in an adequate amount of time and too my surprise it was hot coffee. I guess I looked confused because she asked if I wanted a different cup(odd request)? She also asked if I wanted more ice, because the ice already melted(as if I did not know hot coffee would melt it). I informed the barista(Janelle? Petite blond woman) I ordered an iced coffee; cold coffee with ice, not hot coffee with ice. She said«oh… I guess I will make you a new one». Oh really? That would be awesome, thank you kindly! And don’t roll your eyes at me princess! Ugh. I will definitely stick to my Far West location back in Austin; just hold in the craving until I make it home next time I want a pick me up. **Queue Paramore — All I Wanted** All I wanted was a cold coffee with a couple shots; if your new to job, I get it. If you screw up, it’s all good; just make another one. I don’t care, as long as I GETMYFIX. Buuuuut! As soon as those eyes roll and attitude starts leaking out of your face, it’s on like Donkey Kong. NOSOUPFORYOUPETITEBLONDBARISTA! I will not be returning to play in your sandbox! I have the hurt feels.

Come on starbucks. Why did you have to put your drive thru in front of a driveway. You block and create so much traffic all the time. No matter what time you go the line is long and causes traffic. Service is ok. Facilities is small and cramped. I wish Starbuck would reroute the traffic for their drive thru. So that there is a flow and no blocking other business. This is in a traffic and accident waiting to happen corner. I avoid this place as much as I can and rather visit the one inside the Exchange on Randolph af base.

Horrible service. I just waited 15 minutes for my drink and there is no one in here and 6 people behind the counter. I go to Starbucks every day and this is the worst one I’ve been to in at least 10 years. Horrible!!!

In lieu of waiting in the long drive thru line I went inside to order a Grande Coffee, plain old no thrills coffee. No sooner do I pay the guy behind the counter, I will call him ‘Dave’, starts doing other things. Minutes later he asks me what I ordered. Really Dave? Next time someone orders a plain coffee turn around, grab a cup and pour it right away like every other Starbucks does. SMH. Based on the other review s of this location it appears no one was trained correctly. Even your sitting area is disgusting. Trash, dirty tables and a nasty floor.

Sitting in their drive thru lane is like watching grass grow. Or paint dry. They are SLOWER than CHRISTMAS.(And this is not the first time I have observed this in the last two years.) I have had it with this location. I am all about friendly staff; but my goodness. Being friendly is not going to get me my order and allow me to get to work on time. I always want to swing by this location because it’s close to where I live. I stop by this morning and there were about 6 – 7 cars in front of me. I sat for 5 minutes with absolutely no movement. And this is VERY typical of this location. I knew in my gut to just go to the location by my office; but I came here instead. Like an idiot. I knew better. I did. I am a Gold Card Member and spend my fair share of money on Starbucks. I have been to a lot of locations and none of them are like this. I left the drive thru lane and drove 14 miles to the Naco location in Alamo Heights.(Around my office.) That location is always PACKED; but I never have to wait long. I promise you I got my drink faster leaving this location and going 14MILESAWAY. I am just mad I wasted the time I had this morning sitting in a drive thru line. But, a girl has to do what a girl has to do to get her Chai Tea.(Oh, and they make weak ones here, too.)

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Drive thru line took 15 minutes on a Sunday afternoon and they didn’t have any matcha to make a green tea latte. They didn’t even offer me a discount!

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Drive thru is faster than actually going inside. Other than the ridiculous wait, the drinks are accurate and good.

I get the same drink every day(sometimes twice a day) and have been to my share of Starbucks around the area– and country. This is by FAR the slowest one out there. If there are 4 cars ahead of you in line, expect a 10−15+ minute wait. I’m not exaggerating. If you are heading on 35N, I suggest going to the one on Schertz Parkway instead. Out of 8 drinks in the last week, 3 were incorrect. I was not about to jump back in line, though, to get them fixed. They’re less diligent here than I’m used to but oh, well.

Almost always busy but always consistent. They make my drink the way I like it without any problems and it almost always tastes the same. I don;t ever go inside because I am almost always in a hurry(or too lazy to get out of the car).

Oh my gosh, I dont think I had every waited this long at a Starbucks for a drink. I am so spoiled from Austin Starbucks thats just lightning fast in and out. The location drives alot of traffics through here. But with only just a few people ahead of me, wait was still excruciatingly long. The pro? the staff was friendly and got my order right(even with all my annoying exceptions and extras) — ya Im that jerk infront of you that has a super long name for my coffee order.
