Went 20 minutes before work to order a coffee. Went inside to order since the drive through was pretty busy. I ordered my coffee and paid, and sat down to wait until they called my name. 20 minutes passed and multiple customers came, placed their orders, and went(including the morning staff that had just gotten off shift) and I still hadn’t received my coffee. I tried to go up to the counter to see what was taking so long and was ignored for another minute. At that point I was about to be late for work so I left, $ 5 less and without a coffee. If this were the first time it had happened I would brush it off, but this is the second time I’ve paid for a coffee without receiving one. I will never go back to this Starbucks ever again. Horrible, terrible, abhorrent service

This location of light and airy not dark like some of the other locations. The coffee was okay tasted a bit burnt. The barista was nice

This Starbucks is amazing. They are new with that comes some setbacks. Such as taking a little longer or new employees learning. We love this location the employees remember our drinks and are ready when we come in, never have they been rude to our family. As far as menu choices there are several and even what’s not printed they’ll make it as choose as possible for you. I’d also like to state now that they are a couple months orders are so much quicker

I was so excited when this location opened it is the closest to where I live. But every time I go I am disappointed. My coffee never taste as it should. I’ve called once and spoke to the store manager and she said I could have a free coffee next time I went. I did indeed get my free cup but omg it still was not good. I give this location props for great customer service but on the actual product a thumbs down. I will drive the extra 2min to the forum and buy my coffee at that Starbucks or even at the target Starbucks. Just not impressed with this location at all…

I promised my husband I would buy him some coffee one day because he said he was COLD. We went to this location. This location was newly opened. It was not busy when we went. It was nice. although the seats were way too talk for the tables. When I sat at the table my knees hit the table. Thats a pretty tall chair for such a small table. My husband ended up ordering a Frap.(Ordered by the guy who said he was COLD) I ordered one of their winter specials. A peppermint mocha frap. I was not use to this flavor. It was a bit shocking. It tasted like a candy cane. I’m not use to drinking candy cane. Sorry it might be someone elses favorite but it was not mine. Review 1 star for facilities — for service(service was ok)(lack a smile) it was like… what do you want to order. 1 star for menu drink.(even though I didn’t particularly like the peppermint mocha frap. 1 star for parking Parking was easy during the time we went. No line at the drive thru.

This is probably the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. They are also lacking in the customer service area. Hopefully just because they’re new and it’s not a trend here. I’ll give them another chance.

Usually The Bux gives off a totally cave-ish vibe… design style of Early Hidey Hole meets tiny house. This one, though, is larger than most to begin with, AND has super high ceilings and walls of windows.. SO bright and airy! Standard Starbucks drinks. Best Starbucks parking I’ve ever seen, AND you don’t have to deal with Speedbump City over in the Forum to get there. Basic Fangirl.

Tonight on my way home from Cantu Services(one of my 3 jobs), I stopped at Starbucks(the new one on Pat Booker.) I have to say a big THANKYOU to FRED(the gentleman at the drive through window.) You made my day & I needed that. The service was great thanks to Fred and I feel more ppl should learn from him! I waitress also and well personality is important. And for all the negative reviews it’s kind of disheartening to bash a company that only opened this located a few months ago. There are always kinks that have to be worked out. Anyone that thinks it’s all hunky dory the moment a place opens needs to get a reality check. Mistakes happen. The forum location and the Schertz location weren’t perfect or speedy at 1st& heck neither are now!) I’ll definitely be back & fingers crossed Fred is at the window or counter when I do!

I am a frequenter of probably five starbucks, and this is my newest and«local-est» location. Their rating is sad to me, and I think they deserve better, thus this review. I am the anti-participation-trophy kind of a mom, so I am not saying these things for fairness purposes, but, knock-on-wood, these folks are the only Starbucks who have never, ever messed up my order; and that is saying a lot, because as I write this review, I am the mayor. I must confess, I haven’t been inside, and maybe they’re terrible and mean, but I can vouch for the drive thru, cause they are absolutely precious!

I’ve been drinking coffee before it was probably advisable to give coffee to pre-teens. I say all of this to mean that I love coffee and was thankful for my FREE cup on Veteran’s Day. Unfortunately, my husband stated the Barista only had a very dark blend available after she had offered him several different milder alternatives. She kept saying, «Sorry, the type I just offered you is not available.» What I received was a brew that was so dark(and foul smelling) that no amount of cream or sugar could make it palatable. It broke my heart to pour a cup of Starbucks coffee down the drain after one sip. The moral of this story: $FREE.99 = You get what you pay for.

Compared to the drive thru experience I had had at every other Starbucks these guys were amazing. When I pulled up to the drive thru line there were about 7 cars ahead of me. Within 10 minutes I had made my order, paid for it, received my drinks, and pulled out of the parking lot. Never have I gone through the drive thru line that fast at Starbucks in my life. Literally. The drinks were made to perfection, and the girls at the window were pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. Overall probably the best experience I’ve had at a Starbucks to date. I came to the Unilocal page to check out their hours because I’ll be needing some coffee very early tomorrow before work, and when I saw their current rating I had to add my own review because they definitely deserve much higher praise, in my humble opinion. :)

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst Starbucks experience I have EVER had! Waited in the drive thru for around 20 mins. I was patient of course because I know how Starbucks gets. First off when I made my order there was nothing displayed at the screen and I was NOT given a total. I thought that was weird bc that’s how orders get messed up but nonetheless I proceeded to the window. I show up at the drive thru n am asked for my card so I hand it to the guy. He charges me without even giving me a total n then asks if I want a receipt. I say yes please. So he closes the window n comes back with a completely different drink. When he tries handing it to me I tell him that’s not what I ordered. So he asks me what it is. I tell him n he apologizes and closes the window. He then comes back n asks me what size I ordered… So once again I tell him. He then comes back after about 5 minutes with my drink. I ask him for my receipt(that he never brought me). A minute later he hands me my receipt and as I’m leaving I realize he charged me for the incorrect order(which was a venti) I tell my husband to pull over bc I’m not going to get a small drink n pay for a venti. He rolls his eyes and says«is that really necessary? We’re in a rush» yeah bc besides the nearly 30 minutes I just wasted trying to get coffee I am not gonna be charged more for a bad experience. Don’t get me wrong there are times this happens at other places but if the customer service is outstanding I just let it go. Well he pulls over after we get out the drive thru and I go inside and let the cashier know I was charged for the wrong drink and size. She then apologized and calls over her manager. Her manager does the whole process and«refunds» me the wrong drink. I was not trying to get anything free I just wanted to get charged for what I ordered so I asked her. «Okay do u want to ring up the correct drink now?» She says yes and rings me up. I paid for it and left content. Well I log into my account today, 4 days later n realize the initial charge for that venti drink was never refunded in my account! So in the end I ended up getting charged for someone else’s drink and mine. I understand it’s a new location but it’s ridiculous that the manager doesn’t know how to make a refund. I wasted all that time and didn’t even get my issue resolved now I’m debating on calling them and having them issue my refund bc I don’t want to get charged a third time. I’m just gonna leave it at that n Next time I want Starbucks I rather drive down the road to the forum where the customer service is outstanding.

Nice, clean speedy service but they have the worse seating arrangement. The chairs are almost as tall as the long tables, no way to seat comfortably or seat in a small group. I had been looking forward to the opening but now disappointed.

Worst expierence ever. Ordered a drink, sat down waited 20 min as the crew was banging and beating the equipment in attempt at cleaning I think. After seeing enough to realize they had forgotten my order, I approached the counter for a refund. Was given the refund but that’s it. Not much else was said. Talk about awkward. Not sure if I should even go back even to use the free wifi, it felt very hostile even before the refund

Came in there was no line, left the place was full. Waited forever for a drink. Some of the workers are fast but most are slow
