They are extremely pricey. So far I have paid an annual registration fee and bought the max block of time. Now, less than six months later they want another registration fee even though I have only used them twice. The customer service is really lacking. They said they would be happy to take out the registration fee from my block of time. Which would use up the remaining hours. So, just beware, if you buy a block of time plan to use it is as soon as possible.

Very convenient. You can just drop your child off here without calling ahead. It’s perfect for date nights because they have extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays. Staff is polite. My only complaint is they don’t allow pick ups or drop offs between 1:00 — 2:00 because that’s their quiet time. This can be inconvenient but this is the only hourly daycare in the area. I am glad to have this as an option and it’s very handy when I have medical appointments or job interviews.
