I made an online purchase that I then needed to return due to my ordering the incorrect size. The customer service I received was excellent. I was sent email confirmations regarding both the sale and return of the items and the shipping was beyond fast! I look forward to actually visiting the flagship store and shopping in person. Great customer service.

So many gorgeous, comfy clothes, I want to buy them all! I was there this past weekend and ended up with a gorgeous purple skirt, a purple blouse, a super gorgeous silver bag and I could have bought one of everything. Her prices are affordable and I wear her 3x skirts and dresses and I am a size 24 pant. LOVE Jill’s designs and all of her skirts and tops. Super fun for a special occasion, casual cute styles for shopping or summer festivals and she also has gorgeous career wear. Super easy to find her boutique on Mt. Herman road in Scott’s Valley.

If you are a woman that has wide feet or needs a larger show, Jill has the best shoe selection in town.

Exceptional selection and quality. I am NOT curvy, but my friend brought me in here. She bought some things, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the MADE IN USA on many items. Plus the fabrics seem to hug the stitching. I hate when materials seem to accent some cheap stitching by accident.
I hope she one day designs for more sizes but I get why she doesnt. I shop the childrens section! haha God made us all unique, different, and special. Love this shop for making such beautiful things f9or beautiful ladies.

I went to find an outfit for a wedding and have returned two more times since then. The items I have purchased are comfortable and make me feel beautiful. Each visit I was helped by different young ladies and received awesome service. I will definitely return and have recommended JAD to my friends and coworkers.

My first experience with Jill Alexander, after reading an article in the local newspaper, was to ask her to design a Mother of the Bride dress for me. I am very tall and curvy so finding a formal dress that complemented my figure and felt comfortable was very difficult. Jill designed the perfect custom dress for me and I’ve been hooked ever since.
That first experience was three years ago and I had been making regulars treks to Jill’s design studio to check out her new lines and to visit with Jill and the wonderful staff. I was thrilled when Jill opened her retail store in Scotts Valley! The store beautifully displays Jill’s fashions and, because Jill’s new design studio is in the back of the store, I still get to see Jill on my shopping visits.
If you have a curvy figure and you live anywhere in the Santa Cruz Bay Area, stop in for a visit to Jill’s store. Even if you don’t live in the immediate area, it’s worth the drive!

It seems that, the first time I was in the store, I tried on some older styles. I was back last week and was blown away by the improvement! Better materials and better fabrication. I bought several items and love them! Thank you JIll!

It’s so nice to have a new clothing store open in Scotts Valley when there is so few. I came in on a Saturday and was immediately greeted. The two young ladies were super helpful and nice. You don’t get that awesome customer service it seems anymore. I ended up buying two blouses and I look forward to coming back. My only suggestion would be for the store two add a couple more full length mirrors.

So happy to see a local clothing designer open their own shop in town! And, to add to the excitement, she designs clothes specifically to accentuate curves! My mom bought me a dress and pants which are both made in the USA so I am guessing everything else is too. I am already looking forward to going back again! Really spectacular job of mixing colors with beautiful prints too. The girls who worked their were super nice and helpful.

I have been wearing Jill Alexander Designs for over 3 years now. Her clothes are beautiful, well made, and hug my curves perfectly. She mainly sells online, but you can make an appointment to go in to her studio in Santa Cruz to try things on. Her staff is super friendly and will make you feel comfortable… something that plus size women aren’t often fortunate enough to feel while shopping. Highly recommended!
