Just went here 1st time in years, and they suck… Long drive through line, so went inside and ordered to go, 15 min later get our food and it is cold… Pretty incompetent people working there… Don’t think I’ll be going there again

I am not even joking here. I waited in the drive thru for THIRTYFIVEMINUTES! I sent a text at 6:07PM after I ordered. I didn’t leave the drive thru until 6:42PM! RIDICULOUS! And the drive thru is blocked off with a curb so I couldn’t drive my car over it. I was trapped like a rat. Don’t give this place your money. Period.

Don’t go here at night. The lunch time is fine but for some reason at night they are sooooooo slow… Tonight it took 10 minutes just to get to the order screen with one car in font of us and they said it would be another 20 minutes to get food because they had so many orders. But there were only 5 people inside and 3 cars in the Drive thru. Then after they told us it would be 20 minutes they blocked the lane behind the car behind us but didn’t bother telling us until it was too late to back out. So we had to sit and wait just to get out of line because we got blocked in. Disappointing because I love me some Taco Bell usually.

Brainless wonders work here. Got our order wrong.3 times… the same damn order! Forgot the taco. Forgot the drink. Added something we did not order at all. Waited…F.O.R.E.V.E.R… for the order. By the time we got it, it was cold. That just sucks. If you wanna know where the salsa packets come from… ask the Manager. I saw him going around to each garbage can and«picking» them out of the trash to «recycle». He disappeared to the back of the restaurant with a handful of salsa packets and washed them off and put them right back into the place where you get the salsa’s.ABSOLUTELYVILE and DISGUSTING! Please, if you value your life at all, don’t ever eat here. Ever.

All I can say is OHWOW. This places hires a bunch of D O P E S. How hard is working at Taco Bell people? It’s like all the employees are in another world or dimension perhaps. They are sooooooooooooo S L O W. No one is friendly at all. The food was made sloppy with stuff hanging over the edge and coming out the wrapper. Clearly no one gives a toot about customer service or take any sort of pride in their job and clearly they get away with it. So glad I am just visiting and this isn’t my normal local TB. I feel sorry for SV. I will avoid here in the future. Also, the tables were filthy. Ain’t no one caring about jack here. Cmon people do your dam job!

The young lady who works there is Lily. She is always so pleasant. Even when the customers are less than pleasant. She’s a keeper.

Numerous times I have had to go back and get parts of my meals that were missing. Again NUMEROUS times and yesterday was no exception. They forgot my husbands meal altogether. They tried to give me some cinnabons for my inconvience but maybe a free meal or his food for free would have been better. Time, gas were all wasted for this. I was happy that they did not forget my kids quesidillas however. That would have been a nightmare.

They are careless, absolutely horrible!!! I went through drive-through and order a chicken dish, which they charged me for the chicken but gave me the dish with beef even though I specifically asked for chicken. Then they gave me a mountain dew which was 90% soda water and 10% mountain dew. Don’t they see they ate running low on the mountain dew and how water down the soda was? They just don’t care and give you whatever. I’m so pissed off I’m never going there again, and will definitely make sure everyone I talk to knows how careless they are!

I eat lunch at 8pm everyday. I have a 30 minute lunch in which to eat. I was in need of something quick since I didn’t make my own lunch, so I decided on the Taco Bell on Mt Herman. I started with the taco supreme combo, 3 tacos with a Baja blast. As far as soft drinks go, the flavor does indeed go very well with the Taco Bell flavor as I had been told. At the last second, I decided to order the cheesy potato burrito, something I had not had before. The flavor was not bad, but as I ate it, I came across bone fragments. Hard bone. I hope it was beef or some kind of animal. Not human. The tacos were as expected. Typical fast food, but you may want to specify, «hold the bones» when you order. Oh, and the woman taking my order in the drive through had s very come hither tone to her.

I’ve been eating here for around 20 years. They’ve been fine pretty much the entire time, with a few crappy instances of orders throughout the years, but mostly the food has been good enough to keep coming back. As of recently, this place has started now serving inedible food. It’s not worth it even to eat this food if it’s free. I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down by the health department. If the food isn’t made wrong, it’s either made horribly, sloppily, lazily, nastily, or you end up without the item at all or something completely different in it’s place, which I’m not sure how that mistake is even made. The tortillas falling apart & old, the beans are extremely old, the meat is disgusting & I’ll be surprised if I’m not sick by the end of tonight. I waited to make sure that it wasn’t a fluke or something, but this is about the third or fourth time it’s happened in a very short period of time & it’s been EVERY time we’ve gotten food from there. I cannot believe they still are there. The people working there need to be fired or shape the hell up. They do not deserve to be paid a dime for doing their job so horribly, even if it IS minimum wage. It’s an extremely simple, easy job & the items are really not hard to make or do right at all, and honestly, I don’t expect it to be pretty or perfect, I just expect it to taste good & be edible. I’ve filed a complaint on their website & now after this, I will be trying to contact either the manager, or more ideally, the person who owns this location. Being that Scotts Valley is the closest place to get Taco Bell, and one of only a few close locations at all for any fast food worth eating, for the valley(felton, ben lomond, brookdale, boulder creek), I don’t want them to give me free things, I don’t want them to shut down, I want them TOIMPROVE so I can keep eating there! I’ve never been so disgusted by fast food, and I’m not super picky about it because I know it’s fast food & I am realistic about it. Still, even aside from the atrocious quality, I’m sick of paying for things I don’t ever get, or paying more than I should ever have to since they charge me for things they never do(i.e. sour cream on a burrito), especially when they’re very simple requests. I am getting ripped off, frankly. Last time I checked, giving me less than what I paid for is a form of stealing. So SHAPEUP Taco Bell of Scotts Valley, because while I know it’s not a happy job & the pay isn’t great, the point is you’re still being paid to do a job & actually do it, not to sit around crapping in tortillas, rolling it up & then expecting customers to believe it’s a burrito, or somehow by your standards, a taco, No more old ingredients, and especially no more inedible food products. No more«potatoes» that aren’t really potatoes, but instead, very old husks or skins of them, burned & stale. No more food items barely even filled with anything at all. I’m pretty much a regular at this Taco Bell. To bad the service isn’t as consistent… On a recent visit a friend and I went through the drive through and I had ordered a BaJa Blast Freeze. Pulling up to the window I paid for my drink and the clerk handed me my drink — that’s when I got angry! Giggling as they handed me my drink I paused and looked at the cup before taking it into my car. Dripping down the side was liquid and looking at the dome top of the drink I saw freeze pushing up over the rim. Just HOLDING the cup caused more of the drink to leak an drip down the sides. Pointing this out to the person they laughed and admitted they had over filled the cup on purpose. I told them that no way in hell am I going to take a drink dripping like this in my new car. The person giggled and agreed that made sense an made a new drink this time… filled normally. OMG…going for food at this site is like Russian roulette!!!

We eat here quite a lot and the foods great and service is great save for this one person who was there at 5:30pm on Oct. 3rd.Tina. we’ve seen her often and she frequently berates(loudly I might add) her co workers in public and this night had bust out of the kitchen hitting us, and rushing into the bathroom ahead of a few of us waiting for it, no sorry, no excuse me or waiting her turn! Then she turns and says«I have to work» very rude! When she makes the food its always sloppy, hardly together and falls apart. And its not the first time this kind of rudeness either. I will definitely avoid her shifts.

Went to try the one dollar crave menu after reading a newspaper column review somewhere that said the spicy tostada was great. NOT. If you think the pictures of the food in the advertisements are an accurate depiction, think again. The one I got had a tiny splat of beans, a bit of sauce thrown at it, six shreds of cheese, lettuce and tomato. Adiós Taco Bell.

SERVICEFAIL Went through drive thru to pick up a bean burrito kid’s meal for my daughter after the movies. «We don’t have kids meals.» Oh, ok, then can I get a bean burrito(no sauce, no cheese, no onions)? «You want just BEANS?» Yes, that’s right… and can I order chips? «You mean nachos?» No, just chips. «Like Doritos?» No just an order of chips with no cheese. «Oh, we can do that.» Plus a drink, etc. Get to the window and it’s $ 5(kinda pricey, but ok?)… leaving drive thru and OFCOURSE the burrito is BEEF only not BEANS only. NP, I’ll pull over and go inside. Hi, I’m so sorry but we got an all BEEF burrito and we wanted to get all BEANS… I think it’s hard to understand through the drive thru speaker? DRIVETHRUGUY:” Oh great. I mean, I said it like 3 times, but whatever make her a different one.” –Drive thru guy exits to back– As I ask the other 3 employees who all have their backs to me– Sorry, it’s hard to understand through the speaker in drive thru… I think a bean burrito would be cheaper than a beef burrito? Manager lady: Yeah, I KNOW, I’M DOINGITFORYOU. Me: Um… ok. Me: I’m sorry but are you the manager? Manager: Yes. Me: So, I heard what that guy said and it was really unnecessary and rude. Could you maybe talk to him? It’s just not good service. Manager: I’ve already talked to him. Here’s your $. So I basically just left. WTH? Super rude! Not a busy time of day– no one is slammed doing anything. SERVICEFAIL. And check your food, just sayin! Sheesh!

Delightful personnel. Lively music. Don’t come between 2pm and 7pm. We enjoy our solitude here at those hours and don’t want things to change. The Beefy Nacho Griller takes the cake. — funny review from my mom and her friend

When I want fast, cheap, Mexicanish food, this is my stop. The restaurant offers lowfat choices I actually like, such as the Fresca Crunchwrap Supreme. I was very disappointed they discontinued those yummy Fruitesia beverages which I loved so much last summer. They are more of an adult drink I guess, and the new drinks look like icees or slurpees that kids seem to prefer. Don’t give up on serving Diet Mountain Dew. This is the only restaurant I know of that serves it(as well as several other Mountain Dew varieties). Oh yeah!

Such a big difference between the day and evening crew that speaks volumes. Twice now getting food during evenings was a nightmare… food sloppily put together with sauce leaking onto the paper, tacos broken, ordered in only to have food bagged to go, burrito’s wrapped so tight and tiny they look like a microwave burrito amd tacos half the time with barely two tablespoons of meat. Last visit over 90% of the tables not wiped down. Gave one star for food being warm… otherwise no stars.

Fail… again. It’s a little difficult to explain to a 2yr old that she can’t have her cinnamon twists because the idiot at the restaurant couldn’t take enough time to wipe the bored dumb look off his face to read an order and fill it properly. Well done. Trying to get back to the restaurant is just as much of a pain in the ass since you HAVE to exit onto Mt. Hermon rd, make a right try to flip a U-Turn then wait in another long light just to what… wait in the drive thru again? Can’t really live the kids in the car to teach you how to do your job. Next time we’ll hold up the entire line and make sure you did your job correctly before moving past the window. BAH
