I stopped by this bike shop because they are a cervelo dealer and my bike frame was cracked due to regular riding. After dropping off my bike, after a day my first phone call, they told me, ‘oh we haven’t done anything, my phone doesn’t have a flash and I can’t take the picture.” Pretty unprofessional and wasting my time but ok. I’ll let it slide. Next they called back a few days later and asked me how it happened. I told them I just ride my bike about 40 miles on the weekend. I was adjusting my rear dérailleur and cleaning a little when I noticed a crack allong the bottom bracket by the chain stays. A very brief search online showed that this is a very common problem with this cervelo frame. The bike frame obviously has a frame defect. The man on the phone gave me some attitude, saying«just tell me what happened? That’s it HUH? Is that what you want me to tell them?» but he said he’d call back once he speaks with cervelo. Finally he calls back calling me a liar that I smashed by frame shipping the bike and that they will not warranty swap it. He was very unprofessional. This is incredibly uncalled for. What a rookie doesn’t even recognize a defective frame. I easily would’ve worked with the shop and perhaps upgraded to a top of the line bike. Basically, there are dozens of great bike shops in the valley. DONOT waste your time with these curmudgeons. Worst bike shop I have ever been too in all my years of riding and triathlon.

After getting a tour of the fitting rooms and their windtunnel it was clear this shop knows what they’re doing. They’ve got a great selection of bikes and apparel as well. On top of that their staff are incredibly friendly and willing to help with any problem you come in with. Definitely coming back

Great bike shop for the serious enthusiast or racer. Roadies only!(There are no mountain bikes here.). As the name suggests, this bike shop’s mandate is to get you riding faster. How? By offering services such as its insanely cool wind tunnel, in which you ride your bike and technicians monitor your every move in order to adjust and maximize every aspect of your cycling performance: wattage, aerodynamic efficiency, ergonomics.(This service is not for the poor cyclist. Appointments needed.) As for goods, the clothing seemed limited to the Castelli brand and road bikes were represented mainly by Cervelo. As a girl roadie, I would’ve liked a few more clothing brands to browse through. I like variety! I wanted a fall/winter jacket but they weren’t on display yet(duh! It’s still summer in the desert…). The shop guy was personable and was patient with our enthusiastic questions. We will definitely stop by again on our next visit to PHX.
