My boyfriend and I visited this location tonight, as they carried a particular bag I had been obsessing over for the past month or so. This purse happened to be on sale for an extra 25% off. When I got there, I was initially disappointed, as I looked at the sale shelves and the purse was not there. After asking one of the sales associates about it, Kimberly I believe her name was, she disappeared to the back to find it. After being gone for a little while, she came back, purse in hand. I happily took it and sat down to look it over. She offered my boyfriend and I water, a nice bonus as we were both sweating in our coats. The only minus is that sale items are final sale only. However, this was not a huge drawback for me as I already knew that the purse was what I wanted and I had looked it over for any flaws. Another nice bonus was that the sales associates here are not pushy like the ones at Fashion Square can be — they actually stand back and let you take your time and are there if you have any questions. Lovely service, lovely purse. I will be back!

My boyfriend called the store and asked if they carried any black jewelry like what was online, and the lady said they had the entire selection that was online. Drove over an hour to get to this location and asked for the selection they carried. There were four pieces of jewelry compared to the 15 pieces offered online. Very disappointing to see how the staff doesn’t know their inventory like they should…

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! How can anyone not like this store. The staff is extremely helpful and if you’re there it’s because you love the brand. They have a great selection of bags and jewelry and more clothing than I was expecting.

I don’t usually like to say bad things but I have had a couple of bad experiences at this location so I wanted to review it based on their customer service. I will not be shopping at this store ever again as they made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
The location is small and easy to shop in everything is well displayed and I love MK but their return policy stinks. All on sale items are final sale and I shopped with the care card and those items were all final sale also. I used the care card at many different locations throughout the mall and no other retailer stated that policy. Any Returns have to be done in 14 days which can be a challenge sometimes and so when I found myself beyond the return date I was basically out of luck with an expensive shirt that didn’t fit me correctly. My fault I know silly me for buying it from them.
I Have No problems returning MK at Macy’s so I will shop with them in the future.
