I can’t believe that I haven’t patronized this place since my 6 years of living in Arizona. There is always a constant debate between old school and new school ways of thinking and engaging in business. Most bike companies out here have major attitude problems. Arrogance, customers are last, they know everything about everything mentality. Kind of like the mom and pop versus home depot. This store is the mom and pop kind of store from size to selection but where they excel is in customer satisfaction, honesty, integrity and service. I had the priviledge of dealing with Pat Rhodes the manager and master technician. My polar watches stopped working and they are an authorized dealer. he took care of both watches in a timely fashion but said it took him longer than normal (24 hour turnaround mind you) and decided not to charge me labor. He charged me 10 dolars and 80 cents (soley the cost of the battery). I went to tip him and he wouldt accept the money. Have you ever heard of that in the history of a bike store. If you want to order a bike, rent a bike, change a tire, or get your bike serviced you will definitely be in good hands with these guys. This place gets it done so give them a shot to make you a lifelong customer as well. they have earned my patronage for life. Thanks again for a great experience that you wont find with the chains!
