I’m serious. Bob needs a raise. I’ve been here literally every day since the last post and whenever Bob isn’t there, I notice the difference and not so much in a good way. Some baristas are shy, some are really slow, some feel rushed and try to hurry you out and«some» are a close second to Bob. But, Bob is SOO friendly and he has that huge smile on every day even when there is a fully packed line! He just completely goes out of his way for his customers, EVERY morning. That says a lot when he can put a smile on my face on a early Monday morning.

I must say that I am totally impressed by this Starbucks location. The employees are exceptional. They are always friendly and welcoming. The management is doing an incredible job. The quality and presentation is A Plus! I live in the area and find the location to be very convenient. Thank you Starbucks McCormick Ranch for starting off my day in the right direction. I appreciate you!

Ahhhh… the pumpkin spiced latte has finally went down my gullet and it was not that shabby. Good flavor, not overwhelming and not too sweet like some of the Christmas drinks. The price is way too high and that is likely my one and only pumpkin treat. A grande was about $ 5.50 with 400 calories. Now, you can almost buy a decent lunch for that price, so coffee drink prices are too high, but the drink is worth trying to savor the taste of the season.

I work at another Starbucks in Scottsdale, and this is my favorite store to go to besides my own. They have a Clover machine and brew Starbucks Reserve coffees, which aren’t offered at most stores. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The location is always clean and has plenty of tables available where I like to sit and do my homework. Parking is aplenty and the store is easily accessible from the main road. Overall, very pleasant store to frequent.

Starbucks will do and say what ever is popular based on corporate image. Howard Schultz is running a camping to «Run Together» a campaign to bridge racial divide and promote diversity in the communities. Howard, you are a hypocrite! Message to Mr. Howard Schultz; Not only will you be rated as a coffee shop but more importantly as a real contending member for social change with over ten billion in sales annually it’s time to be accountable to those that foolishly patronize your stores, supply you coffee, government authority, and your employees! Starbucks unethically covers up so much it makes me wonder what else are the doing we don’t know about yet? Her are a few examples: 1. Serves GM growth hormone in milk. 2. Employs relentless union-busting campaign in the U.S. 3. They have also attempted to block Ethiopia’s attempts to improve the livelihoods of coffee growers. Same tactics employed in South America. 4. Petitioned a US federal judge to allow in evidence of past sexual history of a 16-year-old former employee when she took a case of sexual harassment to court. 5. the firm has sold Fairtrade coffee as standard in all its UK stores since 2009, the rest of the global operation has been slower on the uptake. Even in its US operations, for example the company has been criticized by the Organic Consumers’ Association(OCA) for dragging its feet on launching Fairtrade. After a few years of campaigning by the organization, Starbucks finally agreed to brew Fairtrade in their stores. 6. Starbucks paid zero taxes in the UK for the 2011-12 tax year. It has since said it will move its U.K. headquarters to London from the Netherlands. After they made reparations to the UK. 7. Starbucks Price Gouges in countries where the average consumer makes very little compared to U.S. Consumers, example in Korea an Americano cost two times the amount than the cost in the U.S. 8. Starbucks avoids paying import tariffs by Employing slimy legislative tactics that allowed them to process the coffee in the U.S. Thus avoiding paying millions in taxes. 9. Employees anti-trust strategies against competition. 10. Employees«Race together» slogan to address racial issues?, and yet fails to open stores in blighted areas that would benefit from the brand and employ people in geographically economically blighted areas. Regardless if the economics make since. 11. Starbucks want to be a socially economically friendly company and yet caters to and targets white communities for new store openings. 12. Starbucks absolute slights the Hispanic communities in Arizona and California regardless of the demand in these areas. The Hispanic culture represents multi billions in consumer spending and yet Starbucks fails to make these markets a priority. Race together? Howard, Really, Really? In conclusion Starbucks will employ any tactics, to drive the corporate vision and increase stock prices, regardless of ethical or moral standards. Drinking Starbucks coffee is a lot like the poor taste of having a blood diamonds in your wife’s weeding ring! I won’t buy Starbucks coffee anymore.

I have a dirty secret. After I drop the kids off at school, I go through this drive thru to get my day going. I’m not proud of it but you know, sometimes it’s something that has to happen. However, if you have to do it, this is the one you want. No matter how long the line is, it moves fast and the voice in the speaker box is anyways friendly and upbeat. The very best part of this location is the star of the drive thru, Bob. Bob is awesome. He is always glad to see me, treats me like a regular and makes me laugh. Everytime I drive away, I’m chuckling to myself about something Bob said. He makes my day, every day. The coffee is… Starbucks. I don’t love it and I openly hate myself on the inside for drinking it but Bob makes my self loathing worth it.

I am a big fan of this drive thru. It is the fastest in town! The service is top notch and the people are always happy and fun. Obviously management is very good. Not saying other Starbucks aren’t good too, I just am in favor of this location.

Usually every starbucks I have been to has pretty great costumer service, I was so excited about this starbucks opening up since is right in between my work and home. Well I have got to say that this is by far the best Starbucks I have been to, costumer service completely blows my mind here and I love how helpful they are. There is one guy who explained to me the iced coffees and a lot about one of the machines and I was in heaven learning about all of this! For sure one of my favorite spots!
