Michelle is the best at what she does. She is very informative, and makes you feel comfortable. She is so detail oriented, that she keeps a record of exactly what she does. When I went back to see her, she already had a plan to mimic what she did the first time. The little things matter a lot when it comes to beauty. Highly recommended.

I have never really been so happy to actually write a review but then again, I’ve never been this happy with a service, period. Michele literally posesses every trait I’ve been looking for in an experienced injector. She is an R.N. with tons of experience, patience, and customer service under her belt. I recently went to Zona Med Spa for a consultation with the expectation of having whatever treatment she advised immediately after. I’ve had injections at 3 other offices in the last year or so before seeing Michele. Two were with med spas, one with a plastic surgery office. NONE of those 3 places were able to get me the results I wanted! Michele did it in ONE visit, and I spent the least amount of money with her! No, I didn’t get a special or discount. She just didn’t try to oversell me or push me on to a certain product. She took the time to not only listen but to really look at my face and discuss my options. She gave me numerous tips on skin health and care. I left feeling confident and very happy. My only regret is not seeing her a year ago when I first started not liking my face anymore lol Her honesty and expertise and amazing people skills have me sold! I doubt I will ever let anyone else touch my face… she’s really that good! Ladies (and gentlemen), if you’re a newbie or unhappy with your current med spa… go see Michele. She will make this painless for you (literally…she even uses the tiniest needles… I didn’t feel a thing. Her numbing cream is top notch too). Michele, if you’re reading this, thank you again. I’m a guy and this is another type of service where you need to be able to trust the people who are working on you. Well this place has been great. I’ve gotten a microderm here and more recently a photo facial and both experiences have been fantastic with great results. I’ve visited quite a few places in the area and if you’re looking for a comfortable environment with a friendly staff who really knows their business and takes a genuine interest in your skincare, I think this place is probably the best in the area.

I went to Michelle based on other amazing reviews of her. It was my first time getting dysport and I was very pleased with my visit. She is so personable, friendly, professional and really answered any questions I had. She even spoke with me about the ideal placement for the injections and why she would place there, very thorough! I have had great results and will definitely be going back for my next time.

I’m so pleased! I’m a runner, and work out a lot. I’ve had botox about 5 times. The last two b4 I found Michele, did not work, at all, not even for a week. Both injectors (one a plastic surgeon, the other a dermatologist) told me my metabolism was fast and I’d always have an issue with botox and other fillers. I wasn’t willing to throw in the towel, and after finding the reviews on Unilocal,I thought I’d give this one last shot. To my surprise, not only did it work, it’s lasting! It’s been almost two months and it looks great. I’m going back in a month to get my under eye hollows done. I learned so much about the product, and left feeling educated on the procedure as well. I’ll never go anywhere else. Thx!

After moving to Arizona from out of state, I didn’t know where to go for botox and fillers. After reading Michele’s reviews I thought I would give her a try. She and her team make recommendations for your skin type vs. you having to make that guess for yourself. The larger facilities do not take the time to go over each product and what is best for you. They also offer the latest services on the market for 2014. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality, detailed care.
