Had my order delivered to the Scranton Hilton. Came right on time. Delivery guy was friendly and respectful. Won Ton soup was hands down the best Won Ton soup I’ve ever had. Cheese Won Ton were good, although slightly greasy. Fried Dumplings are delicious. Egg roll is smaller than I am used to, but also yummy. Overall, I think I’ve found my go to Chinese spot for the duration of my stay here!

I’ve gotten the General Tso Chicken multiple times. It’s definitely filling, but tastes a bit bland. The prices are quite reasonable which is a huge plus. I’ve also had them deliver. They are reliable and timely with deliveries.

Really small place but the food was really good. I had Pepper Steak combo with a bowl of Hot and Sour soup. Food came out very fast, was hot and the staff is friendly and helpful. They also do delivery which is nice when working in Scranton. 2 Thumbs up for this place!

One word: delivery. I love these guys. They are so helpful, kind and reliable. There is more than enough food in everything you order, and if they notice you order often, they’ll chuck in some free stuff. I’ve never had a bad experience with them! I notice a lot of people commenting on the state of the physical shop, but since I’ve never been in there I couldn’t tell you. Delivery is where it’s at. The charge is only $ 1 for delivery, but you need a $ 10 minimum (before tax).

I would have given Panda a 5, but it is kind of grungy inside. The food is outstanding. The General Tso’s chicken is some of the best in town. All of the other dishes that we have had are outstanding. They do get very busy though, so be prepared to wait a bit for takeout. I wouldn’t dine in though. It is cold in the winter and it is kind of dirty. But the food is great! We order from Panda all the time. One of the only other down sides is that there is no parking.

There’s nothing like being starving at 10:30 PM and seeing inexpensive Chinese take-​out half a block away.
The inside looks like a saw trap, but the food is delicious. You can actually taste garlic in the garlic sauce and their general tsos chicken has a great balance of sweet and spicy.
The food is über inexpensive and the people who work there are very sweet. I may have gone twice in two days. Nothing like excessive sodium!
