I ordered to go and on the phone I was never asked how I was going to pay. The deliverer came and I gave him my card and he made it seem like it was my fault. He said «everyone pays with cash». I find that VERY hard to believe that everyone pays with cash. I had to call the restaurant back and give them my credit card information which is not a problem at all. The problem is how they treated me when I did that. I felt like they blamed me for their unprofessionalism. Not only did their service suck the wonton soup that I ordered was cold. The food was subpar at best. You know it’s really bad when I had to take time out of my life to warn others of this horrible place. Be warned, the culture of this place is toxic.

Order from here often, usually take-out. Husband likes General Tso chicken. Orders over $ 29, free 2ltr soda. Orders over $ 39, free Gen Tso chicken.

I used to love tin tin! i just called and tried to get my food delivered and an American guy who was taking my order was giving me the biggest attitude. Im not going there anymore just to be treated like garbage.

The food has consistently been getting worse and worse. Everything is overcooked and half the time you don’t get what you ordered. Customer service is poor at best. They do not honor their coupons, if you are supposed to get a free order of General Tso’s chicken they will bring a bottle of soda instead.

The food here was horrible!!! The only appeal I can see is that the food is dirt cheap and is open late. The food is usually burnt and too salty. Last time I order from this place. It is my fault for even ordering from here a second time.
