We decided to go here on a Friday night, we live right around the corner and haven’t been there in about 10 years, it’s still the same as it was last time we were there, outdated and a little dirty. We went in sat at the bar ordered 2 beers, reads apple ale and 2 snake bite shots, the bartender said we don’t have either, then the other bartender came over and she said yes we do right here, the bartenders were also the hostesses and the waitress, very short on staff. We ordered dinner 2 chicken tender and fries meals and a steak and cheese stromboli and a burger to take home for the baby sister. The food took an hour and a half from ordering to the table, and when it got there it wasn’t even cooked all the way. They stromboli had big slices of raw onion in it and the French fries were a translucent color. My nephew didn’t order dinner as his shrimp appetizers had a hair on it and our waitress said«anybody who doesn’t know what shrimp are would think that’s a hair but it’s just the poop from cleaning them stuck on there». As a cook myself I know the difference, asked to speak to the chef she said he’s far too busy to do that. Needless to say will no go back here to dine, but will go back for Lolas outside cabana.

First off, trying to find this place using your gps is a bit odd. The marker is a few streets off. First impression of this restaurant is that it’s a bit outdated. There’s shag carpet on the ceiling and wooded boards that have water stains. If you’re feeling the 70’s, you’ll love it lol. It had an upscale feeling with black table clothes. Sorta. The menus are in three ring. binders. They need to be cleaned. Just sayin’. We came for the after party after the«Run Around Scranton» 5K race. They had a «runners special» menu. Ordered the pasta and meatballs with a salad. Salad was served with romaine lettuce. Awesome. The pasta was decent. The meatballs were nothing special. Only got two. :-/ Overall, decent experience. :)
