I understand they may be closed at this time and I hope they will re-open soon. Their pizza is truly Italian style and as good as it gets in NY. Artie, the new manager and his staff, surpassed the previous owner’s attempt by a mile. The other comments about not enough toppings are unfounded since this coal fired thin crust style pizza doesn’t need to be over-topped — Want that — go to Dominoes. My favorite order was the medium size artichoke with onion pie as well as the mushroom and sausage pizza. I tried them about 5 times and was thrilled every time — my friends and guests also agreed. Honestly, the pies were so good I never tried anything else on the menu but hope to in the future. Only negative I can think of is ordering two large pies with multiple toppings was a bit pricey but then again that order could easily feed 3 people very well including seconds. Should they re-open they may very well be the winner or tied for first in my un-official North Shore/Glen Cove Pizza Wars Challenge.

Very Strange, When they re-opened — we had 1 Pie which was so amazing I was looking forward to the next visit. Also noticed the«Technical Difficulties» sign. The irony is that the original was good — but not as good as Garden City. I figured it was a learning — curve thing. The Pie after the re-opening was a top 10 Pie. Very sad and disappointing because the Pie was«that good:

The pizza is amazing! And make sure you save room for dessert — fresh and homemade. Bring cash, they don’t accept card atm.

Awesome place!!! Loved the pizza probably the best I’ve ever had! Thin crust, great sauce, fresh condiments an all around great pizza. I’m so glad this is 5 minutes away from me. Also the owner treated us like family. We felt like we were in a little place in Italy!
