I was going to Walgreens Pharmacy for years but recently switched to CVS. My daughter has bronchitis and was given a nebulizer and mask. The mask is a adult mask when she is only 4 months old. The pharmacist(Emily) extremely nice and has great people skills was going to see if she could order me a infant mask. With this being said this morning I called to see if she might of ordered it, well Michelle was the one I spoke to and was extremely rude. She acted if I did not know what I was talking about. I explained that someone was going to try to order it and I was checking to see if she got it ordered last night. Michele got extremely rude saying that the shipment doesn’t get in until about noon. Understandable, but I thought maybe they could see in their computer a order for my daughter. If they did not get it ordered I would call my daughters doctor to see if they had one. She did not have to get attitude with me. As for all the other employees and pharmacist at this location I have had nothing but great service. So thank you to everyone else for all the help! Especially Emily very helpful!

I would normally never write a review like this but after dealing with Michelle the pharmacist at this locate it just have to speak about my very disappointing experience. The first time I dealt with her she was very passive aggressive, it seemed like I was bothering her simply asking common questions. She was supposed to fill my order and she did not. It wasn’t ready for pickup. I called a 10am that morning and it wasn’t ready at 6pm for pickup. I was very nice to her even when she had a sour attitude. The second time I dealt with her it was to change the insurance info on my brother account. Again passive aggressive, couldn’t be bothered. She twice put me on hold abruptly while I was speaking. I understand customer service can be frustrating at times, so I made a painstaking effort to be extra polite to this lady. If you are not a people person maybe don’t take a job where you have to answer questions, or have someone else answer the phone. I really hope I won’t have to deal with her again.

I went in to fill a prescription for a surgery I was having the following day. Handed the prescription to what appeared to be a pharmacist and was told she couldn’t fill it because the doctors office was to far away… what??? Ask if that was a new law an she told me the DEA was cracking down. Really??? Proceeded to Walgreens a quarter mile away and was filled with no problem. I would fire a employee who showed such disrespect.

This CVS pharmacy always has what I need in stock the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and friendly. Really fast service.
