I really enjoyed my experience here today. Our waitress Amber she seated us right after we walked in and then she was awesome at bringing our drinks and food out! She was very sweet and attentive. I’ll come back to this location next time we’re in the area! Great beer and food!

BADDDDD services! they need to get their service better, they didnt even their job well. been orders foods and drinks and they didnt even serves til after 30 mins. never go there again.

If I could give it a negative rating I would. The waitress, «t» was horrible. She had the worst attitude I have in countered at any restaurant. The manager knew we had issues and did nothing.

I hate to give this place one star but the service was horrendous! I waited 20 minutes for the bartender to come and take my next drink order. I eventually had to go and ask her if I could have another drink. I asked her if I had done something and she said that she had simply been busy cleaning and didn’t realize that I needed a drink. If she had bothered to check even once she would have noticed. BTW — She wasn’t doing much cleaning. She served several others customers while I was waiting.

Remodeled to the right of the restaurant with new bar and big screen TVs. Food and servcice are good. Ordered the grilled chicken smothered sandwich. Good place to watch the football games.

Came here for lunch, place basically empty. Know I know why. Service is horrible. Just wanted to get the check and get out of there. Will not go back again

Hands down worst experience at Hooters EVER! Waitress was terrible and would go missing for half an hour. Waited 20 min for silverware and 45 minutes for a simple Shirley temple. 30 minutes for fried pickles. And an hour for our food. Just ridiculous especially for a Wednesday evening. We will never go back!

Worst dining experience in decades, without any doubt. Waited for over an hour for our 30 wings + some fried pickles.
The wait staff has absolutely no clue. We closed our tab, paid and tipped prior to receiving our food due to a so called shift change. Big mistake!
After asking several times regarding our order a clueless manager finally appeared, stating that he had just arrived, offered a weak apology and said he would comp our purchase. That did not happen!
He also stated we could still receive our wings and placed the order again. Waited another 30 minutes with any acknowledgement from any wait staff and never saw the manager again.
We were beyond hungry at this point and completely frustrated so we left.
This place is remodeled but it’s still a dump and doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Why is it still open? What a joke! Never again! Avoid!!!

This place sucked! The wings were not cooked! When you eat there cut your wings open and check for blood!

Came here for lunch this past Saturday. Good thing I didn’t look at the review’s on here or I may not have. We had EXCELLENT SERVICE… I love Hooters food so obviously that was good (thumbs up on having option for unbreaded/​naked wings now!). I haven’t been down here to this location in probably 10yrs, so cool to see it all nice and remodeled! :)

I have gone to this place about a dozen times over the last five years. As of 6÷5÷15, I won’t be going back. Tabletops were sticky, floor was sticky and dirty, and the restrooms were filthy and had a terrible odor. One star because there is nothing lower. Maybe they are about to close?

Where do I start? I have been to a lot of Hooters in several different states and I have to say this was the worst experience I have ever had. The waitress who seated us after a 10 minute wait, wiped the dirty table off with her hand and actually expected us to be happy with that. We waited for someone to acknowledge us and about 15 minutes later, a waitress arrived. I’m just going to cut to the chase here. Beer was served in hot mugs, wing order was wrong after waiting 25 minutes (and they weren’t busy) and they were out of clean plates so we had to use paper towels for our food.
I will be contacting corporate. This was pathetic service

Nobody was at the door to seat us but the sign said to wait. We did for awhile then seated ourselves. It took about 45 plus minutes to get 2 salads and wings. The tomatoes and cucumber in the salad are cut so small that you can’t even find them. The chicken was good as were our drinks. I like the new setup.

Horrible service. Came here to watch the ufc fight at 4. They refused to put the sound on and finally did at around 530. I guess the customer does not matter at this location. I won’t be coming here again…

They remodeled so the greasy atmosphere is gone. They carry IPAs and that is always good. Service remains the same.

My experience here has to be one of the worst as a diner. I ordered a steak sandwich and requested some steak sauce from the hostess which she never brought. I noticed she was to busy seating on another customers lap conversating. To make things worse I didnt bother to leave her tip. The hostess pursued me out of the restaurant inquiring about her tip.Seriosly.Avoid this place.

They seem to always mess up our Order because I get naked wings and my husband gets normal breaded ones. They are always very apologetic about it though. I really like that they have the hooters app, a free appetizer is always nice! My son loves the fried pickles here.

I’ve given this place a chance, twice. Service is friendly but slow as molasses. If you think the service is slow, the food is like a turtle sludging it’s way thru a vat of superglue. It’s wings guys. Wings. It should not take an hour for us to get wings. The mixed drinks are pretty terrible too. I

The wings were bloody and manager response was ill bring more?
The other bad was I had the chicken sandwich and as I bit into it it still had the plastic wrapper from the cheese. Stay away from this gross place. The managers switch out like my underware

Well. Huh. I guess I’m a Hooters girl. No, no, not that kinda Hooters girl… just a girl that really, really likes to go to Hooters. I’m not real sure when it happened, but I’m not complaining except when I have to run a few extra miles to work off all the yums.
The food is always good here; I get the quesadillas and hubby gets the fish and chips. I know it’s weird, but Hooters has some really good fish and chips… or maybe we’re weird for thinking they are really good. Either way hubby loves them; I stick with my quesadillas; even though they are listed as an appetizer they are big enough for an entrée. Plus they’re not super heavy and less heavy means less working out to work them off.
The only thing about this place that drops it a star is the service. They really just aren’t that good. Sure, the girls are nice and all but they all just seem distracted and a little scatterbrained. So they sometimes leave you sitting with an empty glass, which really doesn’t help their tip.
The last time we went they had Big Daddy beers for $ 3.75. 25 ounces of beer for $ 3.75? Um. Yes, please. I had two and let’s just say I’m glad I had a designated driver; not saying I’m a lightweight or anything but that’s 50 oz of beer y’all.
So we’ll keep coming here for the great food and just maybe we will get lucky one night and have great service as well; if not, I guess the tip money can go towards another Big Daddy!
