I first gave Panera a 5 star, but there are two things that really bug me THEWORSTINTERNETSERVICEANDTHEMUSICTHEYPLAY. I more then pay for what internet time I use, if I’m not at seabrook Panera, I’m at Newburyport. nbpts internet sucks too !!! not as bad. sometimes spending as much as $ 5.00 aday.

Been here plenty times. Every employee I’ve encountered with has been friendly and patient. The soups are always on point. Great selection of seating and no one bothers you if you just want to eat and chill.

worthless wifi! does not work barely at all!!! you can not come here for business purposes. large coffee is also close to $ 3 and they can’t spare you 20 minutes of decent workable wifi?! i’m just trying to answer email — not stream video or any media. not coming back and i live in the area. go to starbucks or dunkin donuts. worthless.

I just got the worse $ 17 breakfast. My sandwich was carelessly slapped together. & the taste/quality/portion was poor. If that wasn’t bad enough the staff were lazy & rude. My buzzer rang & they told me my food was ready but I couldn’t find it. The buzzer was still ringing so I just put it on the stack behind the cash register. I guess the associate on the other side was mad that I didn’t know the process bc she made some snide remark in front of the other customers. Finally a CUSTOMER told me where to pick up my order. There are plenty of other breakfast/coffee shops around. You will get better service & cheaper food. Seabrook NH location

Opened at 6 am and I am unable to order egg and sausage sandwich at 830. Apparently, the items are frozen and being thawed out. The place is relatively empty with maybe 6 customers seated. Tables are unwiped. No coffee in the urns. Manager is outside smoking a cigarette while elderly customer waits for him. Based on huge swings in ratings, my guess is that this location is a complete crap shoot on service and quality. That’s unfortunate as I’m a fan of Panera. Good luck.

I wish I could give this Panera 0 stars. I ordered 2 salads at this location today. Both were made wrong, and there was hardly any lettuce or ingredients in the bowls. I’m not sure how this location will make it if they continue like this. The manager was friendly and offered a full refund or anything free from the bakery, but I just wanted my meals made the proper way. The attitude of the woman behind the counter didn’t help the situation. Either this location instructs the staff to give little to no food per order, or the workers need to be trained the correct way. When looking for fast casual food, I’ll stick to Chipotle from now on.

Absolutely the worst sandwich shop I’ve ever been to. We called in an order for pick up and they«forgot» to put it in and couldn’t be bothered with customer service. We were told they were busy, but the restaurant was empty. Awful, never go there.

Went to the Seabrook NH Panera location for lunch. Ordered from the drive up as we were in a hurry. I ordered Broccoli soup, and were told they didn’t have any more left. So I ordered a half Tuna sandwich with lettuce instead. Thee hubby ordered the Steak and White Cheddar Panini. They asked him if he wanted a half or whole, he ordered a half. I opened the my sandwich and wondered where the tuna was. There was literally a teaspoon of tuna on the sandwich. I was so ripping I asked my husband to drive back to the restaurant, that I was taking the sandwich back. I brought it back in, they took it threw it away(didn’t even look at the sandwich), and came back with a new one. The half Steak and White Cheddar had literally nothing in it. Mainly bread. Was horrible. I tasted and do agree, horrible. I’ve been to Panera many, many times. Usually get salad or soup. Usually very happy with anything I’ve gotten, but will never go to this location again. Very unprofessional, and employes have no idea what they’re doing. Panera Bread really needs to train staff a lot better before opening.

Awful service, got our order completely wrong and didn’t even include a receipt with the order. Both times no one said one word to us, just handed us a bag and walked away. When they messed up, they had no idea that they forgot multiple items. The girl at the counter looked stoned. I love Panera but I would never go back to this location.
