Great prices and super efficient, but I once had a pair of white linen pants cleaned here and there were balls of lint inside the take-home bag that ended up staining my pants. Sooo yeah — not a clean, cleaners.

Very reasonably priced dry cleaning, especially in comparison to other local Seal Beach dry cleaners. Pleasant customer service, and quick turn-around time for cleaning and alterations. These guys are legit and I appreciate their honesty about what’s achievable with dry cleaning jobs or alterations. Top notch.

Ken and his team handle all the details — big and small– for all my laundry needs. Regardless if it was an alteration, laundry needs or the standard dry cleaning — all handled professionally and timely.

This was my third, and final, time bringing a few articles of clothing into A-1. I was insulted this time and the last. This time being a huge demonstration of how customer service should NOT be. I brought three articles in to be mended, one being my favorite pair of jeans. I was asked if I wanted them dry cleaned, and I said no thank you. They were dry cleaned ‘by mistake’ I was told. When I picked them up, my jeans were a completely different color then when I brought them in. I took them back to show them and I was told that the my jeans were ‘too smelly and dirty’ to be mended, so they had to clean them. If that was the case, I should have been notified and given the choice to take them elsewhere, which I would have done. The last time I took a pair of pants in, they told me that they have a high oil content. Which is true because I am an esthetician and do massage and make my own oils, which I don’t think is cause enough for insult. And, please, don’t dry clean my clothing without my permission. My favorite jeans are now ruined. I wasn’t heard, listened to, compensated, and got no apology. I definitely won’t be going back.
