Horrible customer service! Would not return a top with all tags still attached for store credit without a gift receipt. The manager told me I would have to call the person I received the gift from, tell them I didn’t like the gift, and ask for a gift receipt! Unbelievable and Ridiculous! There are way too many stores with great return/exchange policies-no need to ever shop there again!

I am a frequent shopper at the Seal Beach location… This store is very welcoming and the girls are very friendly & helpful… Vanessa, the store manager keeps this location very well organized… I just love shopping at Chico’s. I love the fashionable clothing and accessories. …“It’s always a Chico’s kind of Day”

I have shopped in this location a few times. I have to say that the clerks in this store are very arrogant. I have purchased clothes from Chico’s on occasion, no I am not a regular shopper, but the way I was treated in this location is rude. I will not be shopping here. I will go to other locations, but not here!

This review is for Chico’s in general… not this particular store. I placed an online order yesterday morning using Chrome(the browser). Two of the three items I ordered were on sale… yesterday only apparently. I completed the order and was told I would receive a confirming email. I realized this morning that I did not receive a confirming email. I could not log into my account(using Chrome) this morning. Chatted online and was finally told to use another browser. I used Internet Explorer. I was able to log onto my account, and found that my order had not been completed after all. The items were still in my shopping cart. I called Chico’s customer service. I was told two things: 1. Chrome and Firefox sometimes glitch, but usually work fine. 2. If I could show proof that the prices were less yesterday, then they would give me the sale price. Otherwise, they couldn’t help me. He did not offer to place my order for me… apologize, or in any way appear concerned with my problem. What would you do? Maybe the person I was speaking to thought I was lying to get a better price? All they had to do was check their sales prices yesterday… and the date on my shopping cart. But that was obviously too much effort. I cancelled my order. I placed this review for two reasons: 1. Customer service is important, and 2. to warn Chico’s online shoppers to double-check after placing an order if items are on sale. You can’t trust Chico’s online software.
