They were Great. Just came here and I am bummed. They Closed. They didn’t even move to a different location. So save your time and gas. Guess on line ordering only.

Placed an online order for a couple dresses and gifts for my Mom on 4÷27÷2014. Received it 5÷5÷2014. Received an email on 5÷8÷2014 stating they are no longer accepting returns! If you placed an order before 4÷12÷2014. You have 120 days to return. After that you’re out of luck! At the time I ordered there was NOTHING mentioned about not being able to make returns, that they were going out of business/closing all stores and filing Bankruptcy! What a way to treat long time customers. Going out with a wimper and leaving, I’m sure, quite a few unhappy customers with non-returnable items!

I came in here because I noticed that there was a sale. GREATGOODFABULOUS _RIGHT??? Absolutely WRONG! I had just purchased a pair of jeans in a 16 Tall. I thought I would like to purchase 4 more pair. I walked into the store to be disdainfully told that the store carried no TALLS. What you mean to tell me in the OC no one is tall — baloney! I was informed that the staff could order them for me and I would not pay for shipping — I said great but I’d like to look around a bit. I then got in line to wait for sales staff to assist me in ordering. I waited and I waited, then an Asian women stepped in front of me — when the sales staff was available the woman who cut the line jumped right in. I was furious! I spoke out in a loud voice«I am next» sales staff looked at me but carried on with the woman who cut the line. I stood there a few more minutes — FUMING! I calmly walked up to the woman who took the woman who cut the line and stated that due to this inmannered behavior on both the parts(the sales staff knew she screwed up but wouldn’t deal with it) that I will no longer be a customer of any Coldwater Creek establishment. The reality I see is that I am the idiot if I return. I went home and contacted corporate offices — in reality they didn’t give a damn either! Next I will be writing a letter to the CEO
