Joy Sushi

including: Miso soup, salad, teriyaki chicken, california roll 6 picecs, asorted sashimi 4 pieces.
cost: 10.50 $
Miso soup was yummy! about a 2 cup serving.
salad was store bought bagged greens (boring)
but toped with shaved carrot curls, cucumber slices,& tomatoe wedge.
aprox. ½ cup serving. the dressing was akward, like a ginger vinagrette.
i didnt like it much.
teriyaki chicken aprox. 1 cup serving.
tender chicken, not over cooked, verry sweet sauce. almost too sweet.
California rolls were verry smooth and creamy!
fresh, soft rice.
sashimi: the salmon melted in my mouth! probably the freshest salmon ive had at a sushi place in a long time! the albacore and yellowtail were also quite fresh and easy to chew. the tuna was a bit fatty hard to tear.
OVERALL: good place to go if you don’t want to travel far for sushi. very fresh, no fishy smells. Nice portions. great lunch box specials. I orderd, ate and was back at work all on a 30 minute break.
