Came on lunch, my food came out super fast and was delicious. My server was Taylor she was beautiful and had a great attitude, and Courtney the manager was a gem!

My boyfriend and I just moved to Seal Beach. We were starving from moving all day, so we decided to walk down to Main Street. We walked by this place and thought it was so cute, and decided to eat here. Little did we know they closed at 9 and it was 830! We felt SO bad, we almost didn’t stay. But the server was very nice about it, and didn’t mind. It was seriously amazing. I had the arugula and goat cheese flatbread, and I added prosciutto. One of the best flatbreads I’ve ever had. We definitely will be back, but next time we’ll be eating earlier!

I’ve eaten here twice now. I love the restaurant and the staff. The food is amazing except for the risotto. I had the spinach and mushroom and it was tasty but left a bit to be desired on the creaminess part. Other than that I love this place.

Food was Delicious, service accommodating to my gluten free needs. Service was a bit hurried but understandable as it was getting close to closing time. Risotto was great!!!

I love this place! My girlfriend and I went for lunch last week and we had a wonderful time. Food was great and most importantly the location is awesome. It’s located right next to the pier and desert places which makes a great date spot. I highly recommend this place to couples.

Cam here for the first time today and I loved it. I ordered the sole and s marguerita pizza. The fish was light and had a delicious lemony butter. The asparagus was cooked perfectly. The pizza was cheesy and delicious. We will come back!

I am very particular about giving 5 star reviews. We happened upon this place while strolling along Main Street in Seal Beach. The place is cozy, the staff warm and attentive. We were seated within a few minutes. Menu is pretty much like any italian restaurant– pasta, main entrees, appetizers etc. We ordered calamari to start. Breading was light, it was cooked right — not overdone where it was rubbery. Served with tangy marinara sauce. Our waiter also served us warm rolls while waiting for our dinner. My son ordered the Chicken Fettuccine. Sauce was delicious, creamy and chicken was flavorful. My hubby ordered the Sole — served with lemon garlic amd capers over fingerling potatoes and griled asparagus. The fish was flaky, the sauce was wonderful. I ordered the Penne with italian sausage in a creamy vodka sauce. The pasta was al dente, sauce was delicious. The servings here are huge and the prices are pretty reasonable especially for dinner. I will definitely be back to try the Seafood Linguini and Stuffed Mushrooms the couple next to us were having.

The food is excellent and so is the service! We had the meatballs, stuffed mushrooms, and fried mozzarella — which were awesome. Loved the marinara sauce. Their calzone is one of the best we’ve had. The mushroom ravioli was the best we’ve had.

This place is amazing! My boyfriend and I just happened to pick it as we walked down Main St. We had a chopped salad, which really was one of the best salads I’ve ever eaten. Then delicious chicken Marsala with linguine. To finish our meal we had the tiramisu, which came with fresh berries, and whip cream, it was fabulous. Plus our server Spencer was awesome. Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend. Also the prices are extremely reasonable! New favorite.

I met a friend at the Seal Beach pier this morning and as I walked down Main Street, I saw My Italian Kitchen so I decided to return for lunch and I am so happy I did! I am a vegetarian so trust me when I tell you I have had my share of spinach and artichoke pizzas. I ordered the spinach and artichoke pizza and it was«hands down» the best spinach and artichoke pizza I have ever tasted. They don’t cook the spinach so it isn’t bitter and stringy. The service was fast and friendly and the ambiance is conducive to savoring the food and sharing time with a friend or simply relaxing by yourself. If you find yourself on Main Street in Seal Beach and are wondering whether or not you should try My Italian Kitchen, the answer you are looking for is «YES»!!!

This place had a promising menu on their window. Host seemed cool too, but once we sat down we encountered hurricane Ashleigh. Boy this waitress was a real bundle of joy. Got pissed off because she put wine glasses down on the table before asking if we even wanted wine, then asked ifnwe wanted wine, and politely said no thanks and she just shut down. I dont know if she was overworked or having a bad day but damn, Im not here to take your attitude go home and have a pitty party of one. Just gave water never asked if anyone wanted anything else to drink. Then took out order and just walked off without a thanks or any sort of acknowledgement. Back to business, the next downfall was the food. Spaghetti and meatmalls were lousy. Just a ton of tomato paste, something i guess you would pay $ 9 for. The 4.99 for meatballs was blah, best way to say that. Two small meatballs that couldnt even keep the meatmall shape. Also there was the shrimp scampi, way too much citrus not enough butter or garlic and like 5 shrimp. Only good thing we had was their appetizer prosciutto crostini. Nice mixture of prosciutto and goat cheese. All in all it had a nice vibe, décor was not bad, italian music playing, but the food was a bummer. I would go back but to sample subs and pizza but that server just was the nail in the coffin for me. Ill gladly go to a neighboring city or another local spot for italian food.

This was my first time eating in Seal Beach, as well as my first time at My Italian Kitchen. It was a wee bit busy when I came in, and they still found a table for me. Among the things I ordered was rack of lamb. It was oh so delicious but a wee bit salty. I then asked for some béarnaise sauce which they made for me from scratch. The sauce plus the lamb was heavenly. The service, the ambience and the food was a number one. This was my first time, but by far not my last. #HAPPY

I found myself in Seal Beach w/a sad girlfriend, lamenting the loss of her favorite pier located restaurant. On Christmas Eve, of all the times!!! We wandered down Main Street, with no place to go. I know this sounds like the beginning of a Bob Seger song, but it ends with the two of us walking into My Italian Kitchen. The venue was small, cozy, and quite unassuming. Yet, the meal was anything but. Since dinner was not far off, we settled for all appetizers. We had the bruschetta, which let’s be honest, is a hard dish to mess up. We had the fried artichoke hearts. Lastly, we had a jalapeño jam, topped prosciutto, with goat cheese(prosciutto crustini). I later recreated this same appetizer for my New Year’s eve party. Let’s not forget the wine. We had plenty of wine. All three appetizers were fantastic, easy, and exactly what we needed. It was a surprise, and I believe my girlfriend’s mind was taken astray from her memories misfortune.

I was walking along Main Street looking for a place to enjoy dinner and saw My Italian Kitchen and thought I would give it a try. I came during the first week they were opened and it was a great experience. They were packed when we walked in, and one of the employees came and greeted me. He took down my phone number and told me that he would call in 15 minutes when a table opened up. He called us in 10 minutes and the table was all set for us! They have a warm atmosphere with nice calm music, when I went they had nice Christmas music which put me in a festive spirit. They have upscale décor with an Italian influence, it is smaller but has a cozy feel. My table was a little too close to the one next to me, but it could be easily move a few inches. The small bar is very clean and has beautiful tiling, along with a nice wine display. Our server was a warm young gentleman who was enjoyable. He made us feel comfortable and was attentive to our needs. I ordered the Short Rib Ravioli and I was very impressed with it. The ravioli was made fresh and it had the perfect amount of meat in it, which was also nicely shredded. The meat sauce was flavorful and had a bit of a spice to it. The freshly grated Parmesan on top made it all the more wonderful. My only recommendation is that they improve the bread that they offer. They offer sliced baguette with butter packets, which is brought out in a little basket. It was not terrible but it could be improved with more of an Italian flare. Toward the end of my dining experience we saw our server a little less, he was busy with his other tables. It took about 7 minutes to get our check and for the plates to be cleared. When he did come he was very gracious and apologized for the delay. I truly enjoyed my experience overall and I will be back soon!
