Seal Beach Pier Playground

This playground was tiny & run down. Don’t drive out of your way to go here. The bathrooms nearby are dirty, smelly & there was no soap. I was glad I had hand sanitizer.

Great playground right next to the seal beach pier. My son enjoyed some play time on Monday. Great location on the beach with a beautiful view. Many families with their children are always present but never over crowded and my son has no problem making friends here. Place is kept quite clean and has plenty of different equipment that is very colorful. The playground has a nice wall around and a gate that is kept closed so your children don’t run out to the parking lot making it quite safe. Bathroom facilities right next door as well right below the pier. And if they should get bored the beach is a couple of steps away !!

What I love about this playground is that is right next to the beach. There is a fence and gate around it with benches inside. It is colorful, with different equipment painted various bright colors. It gets plenty of use, especially on week-​ends. It’s safe for the kids and never overly crowded. It has a small town feel to it. Perfect for visitors. The kids look happy! So do the parents. Lots of sun but with an ocean breeze. Across from Main Street, near the pier. Once the kids outgrow the playground they can learn to surf! Good job Seal Beach.

Excellent playground for the kids always clean with plenty of activities for all ages.
