Best food in seaside by far. You can not go wrong here, the cheesesteaks are to die for. They’re also open late which means perfect after bar food. Get the seaside tony and a side of cheeseballs.

This place is surrounded and packed with jersey shore day and night life with young adults having a lot of fun, and dining happily on cheesesteaks and cheese balls. Their cheese balls take the bread with crusty crunchy exterior with soft cheddar interior that melts in your mouth as it mingles with the crust to form a cheesy party in your mouth. We liked ours with ketchup which tamed the cheesiness a little bit with the sweet tomato/vinegar taste. The cheesesteaks are also good and come in pita like bread instead of the usual hero/sub. Word of advice when getting fiesta styles which have super hot jalapeños — be prepared for the outcome.

Steaks unlimited is a fantastic location, great food and great memories. Only flaw is the price, the food is too expensive period. Overall great experience cheese balls are awesome when you’re lit as fuck

Clem’s establishment has been serving up good sandwiches since I was a kid. I have been a fan of this place long before that guido tommy cheese balls and his dopey bald dome. Whenever my buddy Pete comes to visit he makes u go eat here for every meal. I personally enjoy a cheesesteak with whiz ofcourse, peppers, onions, cheese balls and potatoes(similar to a cubed home fry). Clem is a good guy but thinks he is doing you a favor by letting you use the bathroom or his atm machine that charges you $ 5 bucks. His sign isn’t doing him any favors since it is a picture of him on there and he is no Tom Cruise.

Every time there is a trip to AC, the ride home consists of a pit stop for lunch at Steaks Unlimited in Seaside Heights. My mother and I stopped there today(Sept 15) for lunch. We each had the fiesta cheese steak, split a french fry and each had a fresh lemonade. Portions are always huge and delicious. The meat is not fatty or chewy. The french fries are fresh and cooked perfectly. They do not taste greasy or drip oil. We have started bringing our friends there and/or suggesting they try it. We will be back!

Great place off of the boardwalk with a competitor across the street. I tried both and this joint was my favorite. I had a cheesesteak with provolone and mushrooms. Added a high glucose corn syrupy Coke which set me back $ 14.00. While I was really looking for Cheese-Wiz, I wasn’t disappointed. The interesting, half-moon shaped roll was also yummy especially with the drippings from the grill! My belly could have taken another easily. So, they are bigger in Philly & size does matter! This is an open air place with tables inside and out. The place is hopping; so wait for them to call your number! No table service or booze. For me, not a problem on this night!

Cheeseballs were a little underwhelming, cheesestekeas were good but nothing to write home about. The worst part is, no free refills!

I’ve been frequenting this place for maybe a decade now. Every time I am in Seaside I go make sure I stop there. I get the same thing all the time. Cheese steak with peppers and onions. I am never disappointed. Instead of serving on a normal roll this place stuffs the sandwich ingredients into half of a big pita bread. I believe the pita traps all the heat inside because even when you are down to your last bite the sandwich is still steaming. This establishment does not use cheese whiz. They melt two slices of white American cheese on your steak. Delicious. The steak is well seasoned. There were times I would crave a steak sandwich and cheeseballs in the middle of winter. This place is opened all year long. My friends and I would take a trip down just to come get a sandwich and cheeseballs. Now we don’t have to, because they opened up a spot right in Hoboken. That place is just as good. Please be sure to go to the right place. After Hurricane Sandy, this establishment moved across the street from their original location. Good move for them, it’s a bigger place and has more seating available for all the drunks at 3am.

Have been coming here for many years for their cheesesteaks and cheeseballs. I enjoy them every time we stop here. It’s nothing fancy just good boardwalk food.

The best hang out place in the middle of seaside. Perfect for a snack or if you’re craving cheese balls or a cheesesteak anytime of the day. I always come to steaks!

Ive eaten there many times and the food is usually good, but the last couple times I went, the kitchen staff weren’t wearing gloves. And this goes for both their locations. I literally walked right out of one without even ordering when I saw this, crossed the street to their other store and saw the same thing. I watched a guy clean off tables, take out the trash, and then walk right into the kitchen and handle prepared food with his bare, dirty, wet hands without even washing them first. I was so grossed out I just left. will probably never return. I don’t care how good the food is, if the place is unsanitary it gets the lowest score possible from me as well as a complaint to the health department. what is so hard about putting on a pair of gloves? beware of this place!

this review is on what was advertized as the best dish from this place, their«world famous» Cheese Balls. Good: — they are certainly good at clever advertizing(that most likely is fake) as serving theworld famous cheese balls. Bad: — Cheese balls: are breaded cheddar cheese balls, that were hard to chew on and way too salty. — Onion Rings: were bad and lacking flavor. I saw them taking them out of a big frozen bag ans frying them. The crust was no very crispy and lacked seasoning. — Wait time: we did not order entrees or sandwiches, but only two sides(onion rings and cheese balls) and it took 20 minutes to get our order, despite the place not being too busy. Almost half the place was empty. Ugly: just didn’t like the place. Just got fooled by their trick signs. eir

Probably the best chicken cheesesteak I’ve eaten… it’s all in the bread… delicious! Pro-tip: Add some hot sauce!

Beach fare. Tasty and better than most places around. The staff are kind. Cleaner than expected. We ordered the cheeseburger basket. The bun was WAY bigger than the patty and the fries were somewhat soggy. But it was very tasty and exactly what we were craving after a long day. The cheese balls look good but are $ 6 and up. A bit too pricey, even if they are ‘Famous’ for them.

I always get the Seaside Tony, the cheesesteak with the cheese balls. The Steaks Unlmtd. uniqueness is the way the sandwiches are shaped. It’s is a giant roll with a pocket cut into it so that you can stuff it with steak and cheese. Delicious sandwiches and it’s open all night, all year ’round!
