Been Coming To This Place For 2 Months Now N Can’t Complain Bout Nothing Other Then When I’m Done Eating I Feel I Ate Fresh Food That Was Cooked With Passion. My favorite Is The Wong Tong Soup N Fa Soup. I Love Coming Here For My Soups Whenever I Feel I’m Getting Sick or Even Hungover. The Soups Always Revive Me N Get Me Back Up N Running With Healthy Veggies.

I went here on a date and didn’t have a good experience. The customer service was decent. The food was terrible though. I will not be going back there and I would suggest other people to find different place to eat.

I would talk about the food, but too bad we didn’t get to try any! We came here before 11am, hoping to eat some good food because their menu looked tasty. So, we come to the spot. It’s about to be 11am, but the restaurant is dark. We go down and the front door is open, but no one is inside. Weird, right? By now, the restaurant should already be open. People should already been prepping the food. But the lights are off, the chairs are still on the table and yet the front door was unlocked! Anyone could have went in! Other people start to come over and they’re as confused as we are. Finally, a big truck comes and a woman literally leaps out the door and dashes into the restaurant telling us it’s open. We decide not to eat there(as do the other people because they all left) because, sure, they’re finally open, but who knows how long we would have had to wait for the food to be done. We didn’t see any chefs or other workers with her. Ridiculous.

Initially my family and loved this restaurant after we first discovered it. The food is decent and prices were inexpensive, but then is got bad. We do both sit in dining and ordering out often, weekly we were eating here, before things starting going downhill for the last 3 months in row. Customer service got slow in store and sloppy, food became constantly inconsistent like missing some items and getting the orders mixed up(this happened several times when ordered out)…but with that said, we loved how close it was to our area and that it was inexpensive, so we kept going back… Until the last straw that broke the camels back so to speak for us, was finding several medium length strands of hair in my husbands beef when we ordered out one evening. That was it for us. No more chances. It is shame that they got lazy, inconsistent, sloppy and took loyal customers for granted. Now we no longer eat here. It is not worth it anymore.

Pretty consistent. Sandwiches are very good and cheap. Phở is solid. Everything we tried so far was good. Bun is really good as well.

I have been here a few times over the last several years. The service is always very friendly. I usually go with boba, spring rolls and phở. Fresh veggies and good flavors in phở broth.

Let me start off by saying the staff is very friendly. Other than that, I’m not sure if the chef was having a bad day, but when I received my PHO, the meat was literally all fat. I had more fat than beef. I even made an inch and a half pile of all the fat I took out of soup, hopefully they saw the pile and strive to improve.

Solid Vietnamese food. The spring rolls(fried) are the killer! The beef phở was delicious, though the meat was quite scarce… otherwise a great place to dine in!

Friendly and fast. But wished the pork chop rice that I order would come with the fish sauce

Inexpensive, consistent, flavorful dishes. The service is not The French Laundry, nor is the menu P.F. Changs. Although neither are Chopstix’s prices. This is a great value restaurant for cheap, easy, filling foods! 1) Wonton soup is the bomb 2) Shaken beef can’t be beat 3) All for under $ 13, sold!

This place is quite popular for those who know about it. The food is good. I would grab a menu and call the order in otherwise you will definitely have to wait. The food is a good first place to try Vietnamese food. Nice place.

You won’t be disappointed! The flavors, spice and guest service is always on point! The bbq sandwiches are awesome! The peanut sauce is the best I ever had! Way better than noodle bars, just saying! Lemongrass beef is my favorite and don’t forget to get their boba snow

Shaken beef is quite tasty. Sweet and sour chicken was quite good as, wonton soup was OK but you get a lot for your dollar the kids love the drinks because there is many flavors to choose from I was a little disappointed because there was a hair in my food and the wait staff did not take the order off of my bill that was disappointing I will go back and eat the same dishes minus the hair.

Just walking in the door makes me happy… The aroma is so good! The food is excellent, the seaside location has better food and much quicker service. However, I will go to either store. Always a cheerful and friendly waitstaff and the flavor combinations are excellent. I wish they weren’t closed on Tuesdays though. We go once a week and a couple of times we tried other places just not as good. Their portions are generous.

Food was fine, and rinks were very good, service was slow. The meat portions were small. Servers were nice and polite.

Just ok. I prefer the Munras location much better. Food is good however didn’t feel this location offered the freshest of ingredients. Disappointed really. Never enough noodles. Food was not hot… more lukewarm. My belly ached shortly after eating here. So yah I like Chopstix but wouldn’t visit this location again. I’d go to the one actually in Monterey instead.

(: Boba-Foodaholic Says :) My order: Stir-fried Egg Noodle I hate to say this but I should after my last visit. Whenever I go there, the employee’s attitude changes depending on if the owner is there or not. When the owner is there, the service and food is more well-served and delicious. However, when the owner is not there, the service is lack of perfection and somewhat not good. My last visit, the owner wasn’t there, which had bad experience. 1. We went there with 5 people. However, only my didn’t come out so I asked them where is my food. What they said is «Oh, it should be coming.» After 5 minutes, I still haven’t got my food, which I was made because everyone got their food and not mine. So I asked them again and what they said is «It’s coming.» But I heard the workers talking among themselves that the cook forgot the order, which they are in the process of making. They should have at least tell me the truth and apologize for being late. 2. I don’t know why but their House Milk Tea tasted really good back then. However, these days their milk tea tastes like full of powdery drink that I can’t take it. Also, their boba is so tiny that or put so much less than they supposed to, by the time I get to half of my drink, there is no boba. I love boba and never had this problem except here. 3. Whenever I order the egg noodle, I see the small black pieces in my food. Since I have worked other food places, I know what that is. So I told them next time I should not have this black pieces in my food because the cook is not doing their jobs by not cleaning the grill probably. They said sorry, which was okay. However, the next time I visited and ordered the same thing, the black piece was there. I hope I don’t see it next time.

This place is really good. If you are into Phở i would definitely give this place a try. I get the rare brisket phở and it’s always taste and the wait is never too long. I also like their peach tea with boba. Super yummy. Their volcano slush is really good and refreshing. If you are around and in the mood for phở and a quiet lunch/dinner. Go here !
