The most horrible place they took forever to make our food, when we got our good our my chicken snack wrap fell apart when I had taken it out of the bad!!! There was also a guy who was high of his butt in the place just walking around! If possible I would give it no stars.

This was the worst experience with any restaurant i have ever experienced. I ordered a fillet fish sandwich meal for a co-worker and two McChickens and a drink. When i got back to my place of business i realized they charged me for a coffee i never ordered and they forgot a McChicken. So i went back and showed them the receipt and asked for a refund for the coffee i never ordered and a McChicken. It was about this time i looked into the kitchen and realized none of the workers were wearing gloves and the employee tending to the drive through window was sitting on the floor. They refused to refund the coffee i never paid for or got and told me they will not give me a McChicken(even after i showed them the receipt) they then started to say that i was lying and i was picking on the staff because they were primarily hispanic. At this time i was infuriated and didnt want to cause a scene so i left. I HIGHLY advise you do not give these people business.

I was in a drive thru I have 30 minutes break. And i have ordered but the car was not moving. Managers was caught joking around with employees, not paying attention what is going on the business. Need to be fired. In business we have to be serious customer service so nothing get out of hand.

My wife and I stepped upped to the counter 3 minutes before closing. The chairs were on the tables and it was clear they were ready to lock up. Even though we were ordering the food to go, I fully expected them to say they were closed as we walked up. Instead they took our order and were extremely friendly. My wife had asked for no onions and I was pleasantly surprised to see the clerk double check with the woman who made the food to ensure she hadn’t included onions. Overall, a great experience for a fast food chain.

I know it’s fast food and hard to screw up, but dont waste your time. Went for an ice cream cone and left short on time and empty handed. Read the other reviews if you really need more details.

Let me start by saying that I never eat fast food. It’s not my favorite and I only eat it when there aren’t other options. One morning, I was on this part of town and was starving. So I went to the drive-thru(very awkward) and was greeted by a pleasant voice. She took my order and within 5 minutes I had paid and received my food. My egg mc muffin was like warm, but tasty. My hash brown was delicious – hot and crispy. It took me back to my childhood. I think this place is working hard to be better. Again, it’s McDonald’s. Want greasy, fast food? This is your place. But it’s no longer cheap! My breakfast meal was $ 7.36!!!

Wow… I should have checked Unilocal before choosing this location! What a complete dump! First was the counter staff… this woman was so incompetent I didn’t even know what to say. We had 3 people ordering on one bill and it literally took over 5 minutes for her to get the order right… but was it actually right??? … wait and see :) Second, was the manager. She was friendly enough but what a nonchalant boss. I guess I would love to work for her if my work ethic was as low as hers. She explained a lot of why things were they way they were here. Third… their menu board sucks! It’s electronic and basically shows you only the«value meals», nothing else… but wait… just when you were figuring out what number you wanted or discovering that what you usually order isn’t even shown on their menu, the whole thing flashes away to show you an add for Minions across all three screens. That’s helpful(NOT). What a joke. Fourth… this place as Dis-gusting with a capital«D». And they can’t blame it on the transient beach crowd they likely get through here since it was 9AM. The garbage can outside was overflowing… falling onto the ground overflowing, with garbage from the night before. There was a 4×6 foot radius around the soda dispensers where I would caution anyone wearing loose footwear… you will lose your shoes because it was do disgustingly sticky, clearly had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. Fifth… the food we ordered seemed to be correct– shocker and only because we spent 5 minutes going over it with her again and again, but sad to say the man next to us was not so lucky. He took a seat while he waited for his meal(which wasn’t quick) and when they called his number someone else waltzed up the counter, took it and walked out. This person didn’t mistake this order for his own, he came in to take the food and leave and had clearly done it before. Sixth… good luck finding a clean place to eat here, every table had junk on it, inside and out(I didn’t go upstairs) and the child seats were SO gross my cloth was literally black when I was done cleaning it enough to let my child touch it. I seriously would have eaten in my car if I hadn’t had to feed my child. This place is below a one star… avoid, avoid, avoid… what a disgrace for a McDonalds, and I’m not even a McDonald’s fan, but this place give it a bad name. Yuck!

I hate to pile on with a negative review but this McDonald’s needs an overhaul. I can say absolutely they always screw up an order no matter what time of day or night. I halfway believe it is done on purpose as sort of an inside joke by some staff members. The drive through set up is not thought out well and a certain amount of driving skill is required to negotiate the tight downhill path to the pay window. The permanent homeless-with-pitbulls camped in the adjoining Home Depot parking lot with their handout signs define the neighborhood. Even so Starbucks next door manages to maneuver well enough despite the ghetto-ish environment. Same with Embassy Suites across the street. They do quite fine all considered. No, this is a McDonald’s issue and it is surprising the regional corporate managers aren’t working with the franchisee to improve the company image presented currently by this store.

Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes for food. They gave us a blinker beeper that finally vibrated when it was ready like it was some restaurant or something– not fast food. Then we got our food and fries were cold. Also– they don’t allow refills and you can’t use the bathroom unless you’re a customer. Last thing– their TVs we’re featuring new seasonings that come free with fries and when I asked for that they said it costs 25 cents extra.

Can you give zero stars? Stopped in for a coke and bathroom break while traveling. But — the bathrooms require a token to be sure that only customers use them??? So you have to buy the coke first and then take it in the ladies room, where there’s no place to put it?(Reasonably sure it would vanish if I left it in a table.) the only reason I can imagine is that they’ve had drug activity going down in those bathrooms even though their sign claims to the drought. Not worth even a quick stop — keep driving!

I don’t understand why everyone is leaving bad reviews. 5 stars. These some cool muthafuckas. Without buying anything, they had a token ready for me so I could drop a deuce. Word! The McFlurries are good, too. Shout out to the McDonald’s dude that saw me run out of my car and knew what was up, you know who you are.

It’s McDonald’s… you know what the food tastes like. My chicken wrap was good. Will’s burger was ok. Pros of this place: Cute upstairs eating area with somewhat of a view Clean eating area Food was good/decent Cons: Employees had a very difficult time doing custom order The ceiling for the windows was too low. Will just about hit his head. I will post a pic of that. Lots of homeless people with signs outside when this place has a big«now hiring» sign up. Pigeons crap on your car.

Pathetic service ! Please save your appetite And move ahead. Seriously this place is probably saving supplies for a tsunami I think. The plum guy behind the counter seriously checked out maybe high on something he has no clue what’s happening and what’s around him

It’s been over a year now and I’m still consistently upgraded to a large beverage without asking when going through drive-thru during breakfast. I initially give them the benefit of doubt and try to determine whether they’ve gotten my order right or not, but the order is right except for the fact that the«black coffee» always becomes an unwanted«LARGE black coffee». I also didn’t get my receipt. I’m not sure if they withhold receipts of drive-thru customers that complain as I haven’t paid enough attention in the past. If you want to report how a local McDonald’s is doing, call 1−800−244−6227(it should be printed on all their packaging) and let them know. Corporate offices are apparently very attentive and will make sure that the manager is aware of any problems(especially if it is the manager that is the problem.)
