Delivery Service: Terrible Pizza: 7⁄10(Gluten Free) 1) Order was promised an hour max after placement — arrived at 1 hour 20 minutes. 2) Delivery driver made his way to the wrong part of the building with no attempt to call. 3) I finally found him on the opposite part of our building standing in the rain. He asked if I had a pen which I(of course) didn’t. I followed him clear to his car to get a pen, in which he proceeded to point out where I should place the tip. 4) Our order: The lettuce was brown on our salad, no Parmesan included, no side of ranch like originally requested and pizza arrived cold.

The one time I came in, I got breadsticks. Everything was really expensive and that was the only thing I felt like I could risk trying. They were bad, but the worst thing was what I heard when I was sitting around waiting for the breadsticks. A couple came in and asked the guy about the lasagna. The guy responded«It’s Stouffer’s.» Lasagna is not rocket science, and it reheats well, so there’s no reason to use frozen, store-bought lasagna and then charge $ 10 for a serving. I’ve had their pizza though, and it’s not good. But at least they make it. However, Ord Community/CSUMB gossip is that this place is closing because it’s been poorly managed. I mean, it’s nice to have a pizza place close by, but I would rather Domino’s or frozen pizza than this. We’ll see… ==Edit== Fact: The best way to gain favor as a small business with your local community is to insult people in that community by insinuating that they’re liars. I have tried the pizza. I just have not personally purchased a pizza from them as it was served as part of a private event. And that’s why I didn’t mention ever buying a pizza, since that would make me a liar. And I’ve had the pizza from their PG location, before this location even opened, and have had pizza from this one more recently. If anything, you can give them credit for being consistent, because I recall both pizzas being mediocre. I don’t normally respond to these owners’ replies but I don’t want anything on here to make assumptions about the validity of my experiences. I mentioned this to someone else today, and was told that they don’t deliver to East Campus(Schoonover & Frederick Parks), which is absolutely ridiculous. It’s 2 miles away, and every pizza place in Marina delivers here. But maybe that’s just also an invalid complaint to these guys…

Didn’t honor my coupon because I ordered online. Got sick from eating the food. Never going back.

Ordered the Chicken Masterpiece by phone and it was ready in 15 min. The pizza was good, just smaller than I expected. I love pizza — Chicago style, New York style, homemade — if its tasty then I don’t discriminate. Bottom line is that the pie from Pizza My Way was just not tasty enough or large enough to be charging the prices they are. If you’re looking for something close and quick, I recommend taking the extra 5 min to drive to Noodle Bar in Marina — its awesome.

Maybe I’m a little fucking biased since Eat24/Yelp dropped an order I made yesterday as well but this place receives my wrath since I’m way out of town and feeling seriously malnourished. I put in my order at 9:07pm. Eat24 just let me know the restaurant«must’ve closed early. I called @ 9:25pm because I’m hungry and don’t have anything else to do. No answer. I’m disappointed like the guy who got married and had kids right out of high school and worked his ass off for 20 years running a small construction business only to lose it all in 2008. I feel like him just after he realized the American dream is a fucking fantasy. Just like the Antipasto with chicken and buffalo wings I ordered from Pizza My Way. Thanks a lot Obama. Pizza My Way, I’m here until 9÷13÷15. You have until tomorrow night to do right and hook me up with some delicious grub or the review stays.

We ordered Pizza My Way online for pickup using their website. We ordered two gluten-free pizzas, one BBQ Chicken and one custom, and one regular wheat crust Vegetarian pizza. We asked for no red onions(special note section) on the gluten-free BBQ Chicken pizza, but all other toppings regular; on the custom pizza, BBQ sauce, pineapple, black olives, and mushrooms with no cheese(again, special note section); and the regular Vegetarian with all regular toppings but no cheese(also special note section). What we got was a GFBBQ Chicken with no onions or cheese, a GF custom pizza exactly as we ordered it, and a Vegetarian wheat-crust pizza covered in cheese. –_– Not what we ordered. My husband can’t eat cheese, so he was forced to call them back and ask them to remake the Vegetarian without cheese. The person who answered the phone argued with my husband and said they had made the pizzas correctly! After about five minutes of my husband patiently and courteously explaining that no, they had not and offering to bring the pizza and email of our order for them to see, they agreed to remake the pizza correctly. They did, in fact make it correctly the second time. I was unimpressed, however, by their unwillingness to correct an incorrect order! It was really not good customer service. Also, it cost $ 72.00 for two large pizzas(the Vegetarian and custom GF pizza) and one medium(BBQ Chicken) for pickup(so no tip or delivery fee). This is OUTRAGEOUS — I used to work in a gourmet pizza restaurant and we would’ve had a hard time getting to $ 72 for a pickup order of these same pizzas! — and the pizza wasn’t very good. My husband said the Vegetarian was nothing special, and the BBQ sauce used on our GF pizzas was thin, sort of like a glaze(very sticky and without much substance or flavor). They weren’t stingy with the toppings, at least, but it definitely wasn’t $ 72 worth of generosity… And, oddly enough, my leftover pizza with BBQ sauce, pineapple, black olives, and mushrooms tasted WORSE the next day, even after being reheated in an oven(not microwave)! The BBQ sauce lost almost all its flavor. The only good part was the GF crust… We will not be ordering from here again. I will try some other place and hope their overpriced GF pizza tastes better and comes with better service.

I’m hoping that our experience wasn’t the normal. We ordered pizza and wings. We were told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. After about an hour and ten minutes it finally arrived and was cold. Despite being cold the pizza had pretty good flavor once it was warmed up. The delivery driver didn’t too on her game either. She didn’t carry change, which if you can’t give me change how can I tip you? It wasn’t a good experience and I’m doubtful we’ll be back.

Nothing bad to say. Average pizza, very pricey. Ordered online through the Unilocal app(which was incredibly smooth and easy to use). Pizza was ready on time for pickup at the store. Very middle-of-the road pizza, but very expensive(about $ 14 for a medium). They have the convenience of their location working for them(near the commissary and the exchange on Fort Ord), but I’ve had better pizza from the big chains and I’ve paid less for it there as well.

I’ve had their pizza before, and it was good. But today I had their pepperoni calzone. And it was more than delicious. I was sad when it was gone! I also had the side salad and it was fresh and crisp and yummy. I also ordered through this app, which I know is a new feature. It was easy! It didn’t ask as many questions as it should have(they called to ask what dressing I wanted for my salad), but other than thay, it was so easy. I also liked that I could choose to pay with cash. The order went through quickly and I got my food in about 30 minutes! If my husband and I want pizza, we will probably order through this again. So easy.

Wow I’m surprised there are so many negative reviews. To be honest, I only had one pizza type(3rd time here though) and it was awesome. Just order the Shrimp Lovers and dust it generously with the lemon pepper seasoning they have in the store. Take a bite of the pizza, enjoy the tang, then the richness of the flavors. Sip a coke while you’re eating and you’re in heaven.

The pizza wasn’t bad, but it gave my husband violent food poisoning that landed him in the ER over the holidays. When I called to let them know, the«manager» I spoke with suggested the food poisoning must have been caused by something else, as the package of ham used for the Hawaiian pizza we ordered had«just been opened» that night. The food poisoning reaction to the pizza was almost immediate, and the pizza was the only thing my husband ate that I didn’t for more than a week(I had ordered my pizza without the ham). I explained to the manager that I wasn’t angry; I just wanted to make sure they didn’t serve the offending product to anyone else. I was offered only silence, and then a defensive apology. I’m disappointed, as we live in the neighborhood where this location just opened, and we had looked forward to ordering from them in the future. I’ve already let my neighbors know to avoid this Pizza My Way location.

The Unilocal reviews really built this place up for us. However, it was a total disappointment. We ordered two pizzas and garlic cheesy bread. Both pizzas were large and specialty pizzas. The large pizzas were the size of an average medium pizza. It tasted like frozen grocery store pizza. The carne margherita had this very unusual smell… The garlic cheese bread tasted like it had been made this morning. It was a bit like eating cardboard… Really tough cardboard. We also paid over $ 50 for our purchase. We were expecting a whole lot more. Overall a very disappointing experience. Even the two year old wouldn’t eat it.

Wow GTFOH this place is TERRIBLE!!! My bill came to 32.83 for delivery of what I thought was a large pizza and some wings. Apparently the sizes for their other stores is different from this one. So the large for this store is a medium for their other stores. You wouldn’t know this because there is no website for this location. The pizza just arrived after 45 minutes(we live about 5 minutes away) and was already cold. Very disappointing but what else can I expect from a location in military housing. Definitely a rip off and all military should avoid eating here. Update: After reheating in the oven, I can honestly say the pizza is pretty tasteless. I got one of the speciality sausage ones. The toppings aren’t bad but it pretty much falls along the same lines as tombstone that you can get in your grocers freezer. Don’t waste your money.

It usually takes me a while to write a review, but this place was so delicious I had to write one as my pizza settles! Called and ordered a pizza Friday afternoon and showed up 20 minutes later to a hot and ready pizza! I ordered half chicken supreme and half pepperoni with jalapeños. The chicken supreme had a white sauce with garlic soooo yummy! The other half was marinara sauce that was sooo good that I won’t order from Dominos anymore. Delicious new spot! Try it! You won’t be disappointed. Looks like they sell pizza by the slice from 11 – 3 pm for lunch. I opted getting an expensive can of soda. I just walked next door to the Nex and grabbed a case for a $ cheaper price. Next time I’m trying the basil pizza! Yummo ! Why are you still reading? Go go go get some pizza :-)
