My delta flight was delayed 1 hr after I had already waited over 3 hours, we decided to try this hole in the wall fast food, It was a complete disaster, the beef was not edible, it was too chewy and was tasteless, the noodle was also a disaster, I added soy sauce, hot sauce but nothing worked, I was very frustrated. I was going to get some sweet n sour pork but luckily Delta brought us drinks and snacks so I did not have to throw in good money after bad money, i chowed down 3 bags of chips n was happy as a clam.

Food is ok not the best fast food Chinese food. The people serving food have zero personality and are rude. I would avoid this place just so they don’t get my business.

The rude service I received at this restaurant has prompted me to write my second Unilocal review ever. I walked up and was, admittedly, indecisive(though there was no one in line behind me). I asked a couple of questions about switching items up, because I wanted some meat and noodles instead of anything with rice. No option to do that, except à la carte(expensive). I was given attitude and so I backed down and just ordered the garden bowl, though I was clearly not happy with the way I was talked to. The lady helping me proceeded to OBVIOUSLY express her frustration to a co-worker in another language and then tried to be sweet to me while I was paying. I nearly walked away and left the food and kept my money! I understand if you want to keep your menu simple, but you should be willing to make adjustments for paying customer and certainly not talk down to them when they are asking questions! I’ve worked in food service for years, and I myself make every effort to not be a «difficult» customer! I suggest going to the main area and checking out the other Asian cuisine options.

DONOTGOTO «Manchu wok»!!! I just had the WORST experience there! The lady owns this place is very rude! So this morning as I was walking around the restaurant trying to get some food, I stopped at «Manchu wok» to look at their menu, not even 5 seconds later, this lady came out and yelled:” come back in half an hour.” And she was using her hands to shoo me away! At that point I told her that I was just looking at the menu, and she kept yelling:” I just got here, you think I have food for you already? Go away!“ Ok let’s be real, IF she didn’t open the restaurant gate OR if she had ANY signs that says«food not ready», I wouldn’t be mad at all. But the way she talks to customers are very rude! I was very disappointed and walked away. DONOTGOTHERE! i

Yummm!!! Tasteless food which has been sitting out for long is exactly what i was craving for! NOT! I read another review about this food making you feel horrible. This is absolutely correct. Time was 5ish and i didn’t get a chance to eat all day and wanted something before my flight. I wish i didnt. I got the 3 item combo(due to not eating all day) first of all the there are only 4 choices, 2 which are chicken and some vegetable dish and beef & broccoli. The beef and broccoli looked awful so i played it safe and went with the orange chicken, garlic chicken and a eggroll, I got noodles with it. Couple bites into it i was already over it. I started wondering how long the food has been sitting out there. The noodles very so stale i felt like i was biting on ranches of a tree. Terrible food. Had to go to the news stand to buy some chips to satisfy my hunger and get that taste out of my mouth.

I understand that this is airport food. However this place is terrible! Greasy, tasteless and makes you feel terrible. For a city with a great food scene, the airport food choices are bad

.5 stars. Worst service, greasy food and overpriced for the amount you get. Do not recommend…

The lady at the counter is so rude. I fly all the time and she has got to be one of the worst to give customer service. Another customer and I asked if there will be new noodles coming out because they were our she ignored us then snapped loud saying only fried rice. I then asked how long will it take maybe I can wait. She ignored me again and I had to ask again. Finally she snapped back saying 20 minutes and walked away. Four other customers behind me all decided to leave because she was so rude. I also left to go to another restaurant where I received way better customer service and earned their business. I won’t recommend this restaurant to anybody. They need to have some basic customer service and sales training or maybe they just don’t care about it at all.

I was the only customer, I should have taken the hint. No «thank you» or «have a nice day. They didn’t offer a receipt. When I reached for a napkin they yelled at me, «stop taking so much stuff! There’s already one in your bag!» No worries, keep your napkins and your crappy food; I’ll eat elsewhere from now on. Worst airport food and customer service ever.

No sir this is not PF Changs, this is below average Chinese buffet food. The choices are a bit limited and the prices are a bit high. Tastes like any other Chinese buffet I guess. There are not many options in that section of the airport and thus this is really the only option if you don’t want to eat a $ 15 hamburger in Africa lounge or some prepackaged sandwiches at the adjacent place or something.

STOP. Do not purchase this food. Negative stars. Horrible food. Why is this even in business? Grabbed food on run. After eating I became violently ill. The food had likely been sitting far too long for safety. The workers there are horribly unappreciative.

Don’t do it. It’s not like their items are super cheap. A two item bowl is 7.99. You can get better food across the walkway. Other reviews are right, food isn’t inedible but the portions are TINY compared to city locations.

Manchu Wok… Panda Express… seriously, what’s the difference? They’re both mediocre offerings when you could have so much better. Except I think Manchu Wok could be occupying an even lower tier. This food is only for the truly adventurous and/or desperate. Thankfully, it was on the way from my flight to the baggage claim, because there’s no way I would otherwise give this place a chance. The food is of the dreadful buffet variety that has been sitting out for too long. Nevertheless, I was hungry and didn’t have time to worry about that. I ordered the three-item plate for $ 8.99. I got fried rice, beef and broccoli, mixed vegetables, and some chicken. None of this was actually any good, and the end result was drenched profusely in a puddle of grease. Maybe I’ll just starve next time.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? I don’t think its the worst food in the world. Nah, its perfectly edible. But it IS a step down from Panda Express… and that’s not a good place to be. Like other reviewers have mentioned, a single tiny spring roll counts as an entire entrée, which is a rip-off. Nearly all of the sauces on the meat items are sweet so if that’s not your thing, you best avoid this place. I’m sure the only reason it has stayed open is due to the captive audience. Between a prepackaged, sad-looking tuna sandwich and equally sad-looking but hot and semi-fresh Chinese food, most people probably WOULD choose the latter.

This is actually a 0 star review. I also made the mistake of not reading the reviews before buying. DON’T GOHEREFORSAKEOFYOURMENTALHEALTH. Only 1 eggroll counts as an ‘item’(panda gives you 2). Cmon Sea-Tac you can do better than this. PLEASEGOOUTOFBUSINESS

Based on the reviews, I would be skeptical too. But the thing is, the GF and I looked at the reviews after we ate here. We ordered the two item combo, as well as an order of the noodles. The noodles were pretty good tasting, although needed a bit more seasoning. The fried rice was okay too, but needed more seasoning as well. They did not have much selection so we ordered the orange chicken and the honey sesame chicken. The honey sesame chicken was far superior than the orange chicken. The orange chicken tasted a bit strange because of the real oranges in there. The honey chicken was A– in my book. It was full of flavor, and tasted semi-fresh. The only problem was that the chicken was a little soggy– no where near being crispy. This was probably due to the fact that this place does not get a lot of foot traffic. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that the food is probably a few hours old at best. If you are looking for 5 star Chinese food, look somewhere else… Otherwise, stop whining.

I’m not sure what I was thinking. Why I decided to eat AIRPORT Chinese food is beyond logical comprehension. I blame it on desperation. I had just spent all day in a stressful meeting; I was running late for my flight; and it was the closest food to Gate A6 other than bagels, which didn’t sound like an appetizing dinner. Also, I was hoping it would taste like Panda Express. It didn’t. The chow mein was bearable, but only after mixing in two mini-containers of hot sauce. The sweet sour and pork and honey garlic chicken tasted funky. After trying one or two bites of each, I stuck with the hot sauce noodles that sated my hunger. Don’t make the same mistake as me. Manchu Wok ain’t no Panda Express.

Kind of a knock-off of Panda Express. But not quite as good and not the variety. The veggies were surprisingly good, and for that alone they get 2 stars. But the meat was a little rubbery — especially the sweet and sour pork. The fried texture and sauce just couldn’t cover it up. It made me feel gross. The orange chicken wasn’t half bad, though. It’s flavorful and the meat wasn’t bad… But I got the 3-item combo which was $ 10 with tax… It was so skimpy. It’s supposed to be 3 items plus noodles or rice but I got veggies instead of noodles and they insisted that was one of the 3 items and refused to fix it. I was on the run to a flight or I would have argued harder.
