Worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks, ever. I asked for a grande iced coffee and the guy running the register looked at me like I was stupid. But when they handed me my drink, it was made wrong — with soy creamer. So, they begrungingly made me a new one and this one had no sweetener in it. I get the same drink every time at Starbucks, and they always put sweetener in it, or at least ask if I want it. They didn’t, so I used a sugar packet. Which didn’t dissolve. So now I’m angrily drinking coffee and chewing sugar granules wishing it was socially acceptable to take back the $ 2 tip I gave. It was not earned.

Although there was a crazy long line of red-eyed tired travelers at 6:00 am (about 20 people deep), I only waited about 5 minutes. The service was quick and efficient from the three employees. They were friendly enough and not chatty which I like in the morning :-) I love love love the Seattle and Washington mugs!

Long line? No problem for this location!
When I travel, Starbucks is always my place to stop for my morning coffee. There was a long line but I didn’t want any other type. To my delight, the line moved very very quickly. The cashiers taking orders were very pleasant and efficient.
It wasn’t very long before they called my name for my order. It was amazingly fast for the amount of people lined up in front of me to order. My Skinny Vanilla Latte was perfect as always.
I can always count on Starbucks!

While waiting for my flight at Gate B11 I wanted a pick me up and got a iced caramel macchiato.
Staff was quick but they kept playing some silly song over and over.
Anyway, nice place to relax and have a coffee drink while you are waiting to fly away somewhere.

Customer service at its finest. I work at Sea-Tac airport and the Starbucks located inside the N gates has a line for airport employees, but what good is it if I’ve been ignored while standing in that line twice this week and had to fall in the regular line?

Worst Starbucks experience ever. Took almost 10 minutes to get a Venti iced green tea. I get this drink almost daily and know it takes about 30 seconds to ring it up, put ice in a cup, and pour tea over the top. I’m not sure where this hiring staff failed at finding people who are fast, efficient and fit the Starbucks model of service. Thank god I don’t travel often because this place would turn me off from Starbucks all together.

Eh I am not a huge fan of this Starbucks. They don’t carry the same food as the other Starbucks do, and the muffin I had was not that great. The people at the counter also don’t seem particularly friendly either.

Two stars for poor service. I got a croissant that felt like out of a freezer and asked them to heat it up, but they could not or would not. Never been to a Starbucks that couldn’t heat something up.

I hardly ever come to Starbucks, but in Seattle they are everywhere! I had a gift card and decided to get some zucchini bread, since I was starving, but I guess they don’t make them here, or at least at this location. I ordered their oatmeal with all the toppings and a strawberries and crème (coffee-free) drink. The oatmeal was good, it did the trick but I wished it had fresh fruit like blueberries or bananas like Jamba Juice. As for their drink it, tasted like milk, strawberry nesquik, and ice… Save your money, not really worth it, unless that’s what your looking for.

Very long line but the crew worked fast and furious to get you through. Friendly service, Starbuck’s typical offerings and I had a coupon for a free drink!
