MasterPark Lot B

The people at Lot B are the best.
They are consistently the smoothest part of travel. They are friendly, organized, and fast. Really appreciate what they do at the end of a trip.

We got a parking ticket while we were out of the country. Would not admit fault, and claimed our plates had been cloned. They had not.

MasterPark totaled my Mini in February 2015. I returned from a business trip and found that they had totaled my Mini Cooper S Convertible. Their incident report had this summary: «[person’s name removed] was stacking this car, front passenger damage.» The car was declared a total loss by the insurance company with over $ 12K dollars in damage. I was told by the insurance company that my hit another car in the lot at «parking lot speeds». Both airbags in my car deployed.
Not only was my car totaled but their customer service was poor after MasterPark’s crash. The guy who dropped me off at the rental car companies tried to convince me that it wasn’t that big of a deal. The manager who met me assured me that MasterPark would get it taken care of, told me to get a rental car and that they would reimburse the rental. I’m still trying to get that reimbursement from the insurance company. Finally, I returned several days after the crash to pick up a bag of items they took out of my car before it was hauled of to the insurance lot. The MasterPark manager didn’t apologize for wrecking my car.
I also learned from my insurance company that in Washington when I let a valet service drive my car it’s as if I’m driving it. MasterPark’s crash counted against me.
For the record MasterPark didn’t charge me for storing the car for that trip. Moreover, I’d been a consistent customer for ~5 years up to that point with no issues.
The bottom line. MasterPark totaled the best car I’ve ever owned that was in great shape and had many more miles in it. Their crash cost me money financing a new car and impacted my insurance premiums. I’m still trying to recover my out-​of-​pocket rental car payments eight months later. Never did MasterPark say anything like «sorry for totaling your car that you entrusted us to keep.»

They will not honor their coupons promise than $ 84 for 7 days. However, if you are parked less than exactly 7×24 hour periods, they will charge you at an hourly rate of $ 3 per hour. While they are quick to take your car, they are a pain to work with when it comes to paying for it.
Just think this bad review all over $ 7. It never ceases to amaze me how greedy people are.
There are better alternatives.

Staff vey helpful and professional. This lot is a little more expensive than some, even with a AAA discount, but it is SO CLOSE that it is worth it for me. I had to drop off international guests at SEATAC, park the car, and then return to the airport to join them. This worked out perfectly since it took so little time. By the time they were through (standard) security, I had returned from the lot and passed through Pre-​check to join them for the flight.
Upon my return, the car was ready when I arrived on the airport shuttle. Car drop off and pick up are under a large carport, so you don’t get wet in drippy Seattle.

We parked our mini-​van at the MasterPark Lot B a week or so ago during a short mini-​vacation. Although we usually patronize another lot, the convenient location and frequent shuttle service appealed to us so we decided to give them a try. Upon returning we found out that the van would not start.
The supervisor on duty Nathan, along with other MasterPark staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us try to get the engine going, bringing two different battery jumpers up to the van and helping us to troubleshoot the problem. Unfortunately the engine just would not turn over, but Nathan was very accommodating in allowing us to leave it until we could get it towed. The following morning we returned and were greeted by the day supervisor Stan who took the time to help us and the towing service driver try a little more troubleshooting until it became apparent that it would have to be towed to a garage. (It turned out to be a failed starter.)
Although it was a bumpy end to our vacation, Nathan, Stan, and the staff at MasterPark exemplified customer service in their friendly willingness to help. They have won us over as customers and we plan to give them our travel parking business going forward. Thanks MasterPark!

They broke the handle of my car door! And charged me $ 40 for a 28 hour stay… would pay less at the airport and would still have a functioning car door…

Excellent experience! MasterPark lot B is more than a parking lot. They are fast friendly customer service orientated.
We first used the MasterPark lot B when we parked our car their and rode the light rail into Seattle for the Seahawk superbowl victory parade.
We decided to use the lot again just last week for our recent get away to Las Vegas. Upon entering the lot we were met by friendly employees who greeted us and proceeded to ask if we had printed our baggage tags? We said yes here they are, they proceeded to place them in the new clear Alaska Airlines baggage tag sleeves– check our ID and told us upon arrival at the airport we could proceed directly to TSA. YAHOO! great new feature. No more dragging our bags through the airport. The shuttle to and from the airport was fast and friendly. Upon arriving back home our car was waiting and ready for us. Remember to show your AAA for addtl discount.
Thank you MasterPark, we will be back.

Uh. it’s a parking lot.
That being said they have: clean bathrooms, Alaskaairlines baggage check in, a quick pay rewards program that discounts and earns free parking, the most vehicles and the closest proximity to seatac of the masterparks. I don’t like self parking because i tend to loose my car a lot at Costcos Bellevue Square etc. so I just drop my car and wander off. it takes about 5 minutes from the lot to check in. when you come back your car is ready to go. Free electric car charging. I’ve heard of theft issues with the valet services. I leave dollars strewn about my car and I don’t think I’ve had anything taken. My only issue is that they publish and charge for the $ 15.00 dollar per hour labor law at seatac. kind of a dick move by management. I’d have more respect for them if they just absorbed the cost and moved on.

Master Park Lot B is great. They have excellent customer service from friendly, helpful staff and they are super efficient. I can’t really speak to price comparison since I’ve only parked here but as a frequent traveler, any slight premium I might be paying here for the valet service etc is well worth reliable, smooth service. Highly recommend this business.

The pickups and drop offs were great but I arrived late at night and the lot was incredibly dark. I found it a bit tough to see how to get out of the lot as it was really hard to see the signage indicating the exit so I floundered around a little bit looking for how to get back out to the street.

Sun glasses got stolen from the car.

I enjoy parking at MasterPark. It’s nice and convenient across from the airport. I’m often able to pull in without a reservation (in fact I don’t think I’ve ever been turned away). Once you arrive you park and they give you a tag for your return then board the shuttle. They generally take you to the airport within a few minutes and the ride is pretty quick.
When you get to the parking section in the airport you’ll need to call and let you know your number from the tag. They will have your car pulled around by the time you arrive and pay. Be sure to check if your company has a discount, it can really save you money!

I do love Masterpark lot B. Always great service, have never had any issues in the years that I’ve been parking here. Print the webcoupon to save a few bucks.
I know there are other options but this place has so many shuttles, is so quick and wonderful. I will always park here!

This place is awesome! We found this place online when searching where to park overnight for our trip, we had never parked at SeaTac before. The staff is extremely courteous (even at 4am), and they are quick and efficient. I didn’t have any hesitations about leaving my car with them.
Getting picked back up at the airport was really easy. The card they give you when you drop off your car has very easy to understand and clear instructions on how to get them to pick you up. It didn’t take more than a quick phone call, one ring, and they were pulling up my reservation and confirming my car was the one I had dropped off.
After a quick ride from the airport, my car was waiting for me with the trunk open and ready for me to put my luggage away. The paying process was quick and easy, but the taxes and fees they charge suck (I know, I know, not their fault). Look online or in a flyer for a coupon! They’re pretty easy to find!
With a 25% off coupon, 3 days of parking ended up being $ 57.

Parking at Sea Tac is over the top, OMG expensive. This is no exception. However, the staff is friendly and stable. They are quick and efficient. The location is outstanding and you rarely wait more than a few minutes to be picked up. Valet service is prompt and efficient.
They also credit Alaska Air miles.
I highly Recommend.

I always park here when I go on business trips. Shuttles are frequent and you can collect Alaska Air miles too.

About time that I write a review for this place as I stay here all the time. Lot B is convenient to the airport, it is open but fenced parking lot, and they have always taken good care of my car or truck. Like all lots they are high priced, but still cheaper than staying in the airport lots. They have a shuttle to take you back and forth, friendly driver… and how they manage to know where your car is and get it there to be waiting for you when the shuttle arrives is a wonder… great job.

I park here A LOT since I travel way too much. It’s super easy to get to, right there after you make the «long term parking» exit from the airport road. i love the valet aspect of it — i just drive up, get out, and someone takes me to the terminal. plus my car is always waiting for me when i get back. the shuttles come pretty frequently and quickly too.
downside is price. i’ve always found it worth it, especially when work is paying for it, but it is expensive.
