I can’t speak for Jeremy Olson or his many agencies, but there is one agent that has really impressed me. Charlie Martinez has often taken my calls and inquiries and is always kind and insightful.
When I call I am usually upset about my insurance costs or some incident with my vehicle, but Charlie is always calm, supportive, humorous, and grounded, getting me back on track with my insurance needs and able to move on to other things in my busy day.
I would highly recommend this office based off my experience over the years in working with Charlie.
I am a homeowner of 8 years, and a Jeep owner of 12 years. =) I carry insurance on both of these treasures with Allstate.
