Interesting lunch options! Good paninis to bibimbap. Wouldn’t come here as a destination spot but if you need a good lunch and a wide variety of options from a local mom 7 pop biz. Look no further. Would like them to take the biz a step up. Maybe some redecorating and re-organization of the shelves.

Convenient to grab a few quick items here or there or even a quick birthday card and gift. There’s seating inside and plenty to choose from in terms of food options. Reason for 2 stars is because I went to grab a soda, paid, and left. Opened said soda and noticed it was kind of flat tasting. Looking at the bottle it was expired. Do they not look at their stock to ensure these things don’t happen? Not that expired soda is going to hurt you but I’d be scared that there are other items that may be getting looked over as well that they are trying to sell. :-/

Cute little deli and mini mart — you enter from the lobby of the building on King street, not from the street itself. Service is very nice, and prices seem reasonable. What more could you want?

A little deli in the bottom of an office building, they have good breakfast burritos, and satisfactory(but not great) sandwiches. They are convenient for those of us who work in the building or neighboring buildings. The people are very friendly, which is one reason they are so popular.

King Deli and Espresso may look like a cheep corner deli, but don’t be fooled. Not only are they low cost, but they have good Teriyaki and great Bi Bim Bap. Sure, there is a dedicated teriyaki restaurant only blocks away with food at the same price, but King Deli has a moist alternative to their crispy chicken. The wait here is usually longer than I would expect during the lunch rush. I’d guess around 10 minutes for the Chicken Teriyaki. But around 1PM, the wait is less than 5 minutes. Obviously they are a mini-mart too, so if you want to grab some packaged food and go, you can spend less than a minute. King Deli isn’t a place I’d go out of my way to eat at, but if you work in the neighborhood, and you want a low cost lunch, this is a great option.

It’s easy to miss this little deli. But it’s great for lunch, especially if you work in one of the connected buildings. The lunch specials are MUCH better than you’d expect for this kind of place. But fair warning: either get here a little early or call in your order. It gets busy so it can take 10 – 15 min to prep your food. On the other hand, you rarely see a small deli that does excellent hot sandwiches. The only thing I don’t like is that I can’t get a breakfast sandwich for lunch. Maybe I’m weird but I like that for lunch now and again.

Best little secret deli in Pioneer Square! Located inside an office building it can seem hard to find, but once you stumble upon this gem you won’t be sorry. Need a soda? They got it. Craving candy? They have it! Not to mention tons of sandwich options and don’t be timid when it comes to trying their specials, I tried the pulled pork slider option and it was delish. It came with two sliders and a side salad for around $ 7. Not only are their lunch options affordable, they are tasty too! I only had to wait less than five minutes for my lunch, but I imagine it can take a while during the lunch time rush. I will definitely be going back soon!

The key to enjoying the conglomerate of downtown deli locations is finding their specialty food(what they are good at). I wish there was some way to know by just showing up, like a sign on a crappy coffee dive that says: «World’s Best Coffee» In blazing red neon… wait but, the coffee is still crappy… hay, thats why we have Unilocal! The key to this deli is their Chinese food. I suggest you order ahead as they truly take 10+ minutes to put together a meal. Otherwise bring some extra cash because youll probably fall victim to their extensive little mini mart. I did laps around the mini-mart area waiting for my first meal(a sandwich, not half bad actually) and left with a bag of skittles as well. I enjoy surprises and I love getting a little piece of heaven with each visit: a chocolate tootsie roll is waiting at the bottom of the bag. Many times it is the little things that matter. Come hungry

i happened to venture on this side of town since i was undecisive on where i should go for lunch. they have a very extensive menu of sandwiches. i purchased the grilled chicken and bacon sandwich. it comes with a tootsie roll and a slice of pickle. wish i would have known of this place sooner. the wait for the sandwich was approximately 15 minutes, no lies. i thought to myself, «this better be good for a wait this long.» and guess what? it was the . everything was perfect. well worth the wait. i’ll have to check out the breakfast. the bagel and cream cheese is $ 1.59, you definitely do not see that price around this side of downtown seattle anymore.

This place is easy to miss. It’s just outside the tourist area, and right before you get to the stadiums. However, if you’re fortunate enough to work nearby, this place has a great lunch. It looks like you’re average mini-mart. There’s nothing special about it. I had tried their breakfast sandwiches, and found them to be very tasty. The lunch specials, however, blow me away. Specifically, the spicy ginger pork. I’m very much used to Chinese or Thai ginger pork, and to my pleasant surprise, this was Korean, which I’m not as well-versed on. Really, this is my new favorite dish. Lunch is quickly served, the specials are great, the egg rolls are East Coast Chinese buffet style, not the small fried Thai egg rolls. A note of caution — come with cash if you’re spending under $ 5. They will only take cash, no exceptions, if your total is under $ 5.
