this is the only spot in town that I go to for everything I need. When I went in with questions regarding nutrients, Christian was BEYOND helpful and extremely knowledgeable. On top of it their products are of insanely good quality. I recommend this place and Christian to everyone I know!

They are back doing well. New good employes and opened up more floor space to products. Competitive pricing. Glad to be able to go here again.

I had stopped going here several years ago due to very rude service, and bug problems with their soils. I love Roots Organic products though, so stopped there to pick up some dry amendments for super soil. The place has completely turned around. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the store had improved drastically in appearance inside. This is now a go to place once again for me for my indoor gardening needs.

Places like this are THE reason you should support local shops when you can, I just had the best possible experience, the staff was all really friendly, Kenny in particular was incredibly helpful, they let me browse around without bugging me, but where ready and willing to help as soon as I had a question, they also gave me a great price on my equipment, price matching a shop about 30 miles north that had the same equipment without hesitation. Without question if I need something in the future and they have it or can get it, this is where I’m going.

Never had a good experience here. Only go because its close and don’t have time to go to Eco enterprises. Bad return policy no cash back only store credit even if they sold a defective product a costumer had to plead for his money saying i cant wait i need the tester after they sold a unit missing the prob and did not have a replacement tried to make him buy a unit twice the price he did not want to spend the extra cash when he could just go to another shop and get the same tester finally they agreed to make an exception. Glad I was there to see that because sometimes I will get extra stuff because things break you mis counted or realize you have a little extra room and just return the extra stuff when your done so you don’t have to make ten trips. The counter guy is cold not really helpful unless your setting up whole house with «top of the line» toys. One time i was carelessly over charged like 3 dollars and the Last time I went and will ever go just needed hydroton 25 litter with out checking or really giving any attention said nope only have 50 not that big of deal I know it’s i just don’t like being treated with such disregarded. I can go to Eco and spend my money were I’m greeted with smiles and advised I should get the other one it’s on sale save you like 3 bucks, or for 50cents more you get double amount also better selection and Eco sells panda plastic by the foot I am really writing this because after I left irritated and went to Eco enterprises they gave me a small christmas gift for being a regular and total made me wonder why i still even go to Aqua serene. I’m giving 2 because it’s close could be nice in a pinch but worth the drive to maybe check out another shop like Eco.

Sales staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful so long as you ask for help.
Prices are fair and the store holds a great range of products.
Do not try to discuss marijuana horticulture with them, however. While I was in the store some gentlemen were firmly reminded of the federal illegality of cultivating marijuana. They will ask you to leave, so don’t try it.
They are happy to discuss any other aspect of hydroponic gardening, however, and they have a BEAUTIFUL in-​shop hydro greenhouse.

I have to agree with Chris, this is a pretty great supply shop. They had everything I needed at about a 10% discount, a very knowledgable staff and a really good atmosphere. If they had a slightly bigger space I would say they were the best in Seattle.
