Great place for happy hour, seafood, and sangria! They have TVs in the bar area for watching your favorite sports. Nice chill place close to Downtown and on the shore of Lake Union.

I had the whiskey crab soup. Great place to eat and look at the lake. Try the wasabi Mary!

It has been a few years since I have been to Chandler’s, but we decided to come here for some seafood since we had a few gift cards to use. We were able to make online reservations easily, and were seated at a nice window table with a view of the lake. We ordered: Crab and shrimp louie: the waiter split this salad for us as a starter. Classic dish, but good, with a decent amount of bay shrimp and Dungeness crab meat. ½ order of steamed Dungeness crab: nicely prepared(hard to mess up something so good, unless you overcook it). New York steak: normally, I wouldn’t order a steak at a seafood place, but this steak was really good(same restaurant group as Daniel’s Broiler next door): juicy, charred, salty and good. While Chandler’s wasn’t offering cutting edge food, the dinner was nice, simple and good. Our server provided us good service, and the view was nice. Overall, we had a good dinner.

Chandler’s is amazing. I have been to Palisade, Salty’s on Alki, McCormicks, Anthony’s, Daniels Broiler, and quite a few waterfront seafood restaurants and Chandler’s comes out in my top 3 choices. This place is underrated. I ordered the lobster tail, and it came with delicious asparagus and mashed potatoes. See photos attached to this review. It was the best lobster tail I have ever had, and it was incredibly filling! Usually lobster is very lightweight and you can eat a lot without feeling overstuffed, but the portion size of the lobster tail serviced at Chandlers was so huge that I could not finish it. This is why I love Chandlers. They give you a large enough portion that justifies the large price you pay to dine here. When you eat at a waterfront seafood restaurant, you expect to pay a higher price and many times you leave feeling disappointed. Chandler’s does not leave you disappointed. Chandler’s portion sizes are large, so you feel like you get your moneys worth. Not only are they large, but they are also delicious! Not only was the food good, but the service was amazing, the ambiance was amazing and the location is unbeatable. It has a prime location on the southeastern port of Sout Lake Union. This means you can watch the sun setting in the west while you enjoy your dinner if you dine during sunset time. 5⁄5

Over the Seattle Restaurant Week we became aware of this nice Restaurant at Lake Union, not far from our new home. So we decided to give it a try and were curious how the evening will come out. Location/Setting: It’s Fancy but not too high-class, the setting and the staff make you feel comfortable right away, we got a table in a sort of separee which was very nice and intimate. I like that you can have a look into the kitchen walking through the restaurant and the view over Lake Union is very lovely and romantic Service: Excellent, friendly, helpful, informative. Our waiter Jade was always very nice and on time and he explained everything to us which was very nice. Food: We decided to go for the Seattle Restaurant Week Menu, plus some additions from the normal menu 1. Bread with Butter + Salt, warm and appetizing(you could get more if you want, but we wanted to save room for the food to come) 2. Geoduck(we ordered this in addition to the Restaurant week menu) — I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was really delicious, tasted very fresh and brings up memories of the ocean to your mind, the soy sauce gets well together with it 3. Albacore Poke– Avocado, Cilantro, Scallion, White Soy Ponzu, Crispy Rice — the fish was so light and tender, maybe a little bit too much citrus but that’s just critic on the high end, very delicious! 4. Petite Filet Mignon– Crispy Garlic and Chive Yukon Gold Potatoes, Steak Jus — the Filet was so delicate and tender, nothing more needed than this excellent piece of meat(I deliberated at first if it’s ok to order meat in a seafood restaurant but I was not disappointed!) 5. truffle fries(also an add-on we made) — omg I love truffles… the fries, more country potato style, were well seasoned and hot, the cheese on top was a good addition, the truffle-garlic-mayo was mouthwatering 6. too sad there was no more chocolate truffle tarte; we had banana-caramel cake and the Key Lime Pie– Oreo Cookie Crust, White Chocolate Mousse — good portion size, very creamy, the oreo crust was a good pendant to the lime and white chocolate mousse filling Over all it was a splendid experience which I would love to repeat some time. I could imagine to celebrate special occasions here now and then.

Great place for brunch with a lovely view of South Lake Union. Though a bit pricey at $ 24, the Crab Omelette is a must try. You’re served a large omelette stuffed with a hefty serving of crab, which was a nice surprise. The omelette consists of herb cream cheese(Um, need I continue?), cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and crab. I’m not generally a huge fan of cherry tomatoes or mushrooms, but everything came together quite nicely and I ate every single ounce of food on my plate. I’d also recommend the Crab Benedict, which a few of my girlfriends tried. The crab cake is a HUGE portion, so you’ll get your money’s worth. The french toast looked appetizing too. I’ll probably try that on my next visit. Fritters and cinnamon coffee cake are served with all brunch entrees — both were quite good. We met for brunch around 10:30 on a Sunday morning and there were plenty of seats available. All employees in the restaurant were quite friendly and made it a point to speak to our group as we walked past them. Overall, great service and fantastic food!

Thank goodness they run Happy Hour in the lounge for the entire evening or this place would be outrageously overpriced rather than plain old overpriced. My party had heard good things about the happy hour here and I thought it was pretty disappointing. The food lacked any semblance of presentation and the sangria tasted more like Hypnotiq than a halfway decent sangria. The sangria was a particular area of disappointment for me because, typically, when you order a pitcher of sangria a pretty decent size pitcher shows up but NOTHERE! When we asked what the price was I assumed that the server told us the full price and not the happy hour price of $ 19. Happy hour pricing was $ 9 off the normal price and I assumed that this would be $ 10 and would have been appropriate for the size. Nope. This TINY pitcher is normally $ 27 dollars! That’s just stupid. Especially because, again, it tasted like Hypnotiq and not a well prepared sangria. The burger was tasty, and saved this review, but priced over what it should have been at the normal price($ 12) and tolerable for happy hour($ 9). The presentation had no effort applied to it. It looked like someone tossed a burger on the side of the plate and then grabbed whatever fries were left and tossed them on there with it. I could see Gordon Ramsay showing up at this place and just tearing somebody a new one.
