Compounding Solutions Pharmacy

I have an extremely rare skin condition that only one doctor in this entire state knows how to treat. It took me seven years to get in to see said doctor and she prescribed a compounded ointment with a drug in it called gabapentin. I called all the compounding pharmacies in town and Debbie at Compounding Solutions had the best price (Medicaid doesn’t cover compounded medications), so I went through her. Debbie runs her business like a real pro. I have Medicaid and my doctor only works at a clinic that accepts Medicaid a half day a month (the rest of her time is spent charging $ 300 an appointment at her private practice). We are experimenting with different doses and other drugs added to the ointment, so it can be EXTREMELY difficult for my clinic to get ahold of my doc to change my Rx. Debbie is always so patient and will fight tooth and nail to get me the Rx I need when I need it. She will hound my clinic until they get it straight. And she can always get it done in less than 24 hours, which is pretty impressive for someone running one of a small handful of compounding pharmacies in the entire city pretty much by herself. Debbie always remembers every aspect of my condition and I was surprised when I met her that she was able to recommend every single treatment recommended by any doctor I’d seen before the current guru. (I’d already tried them all but it was still impressive). Plenty of free parking in the building’s lot too. Can’t recommend Debbie highly enough!

After using «Key Compounding Pharmacy» in Des Moines (now Federal Way), I Wish I had known about «Compounding Solutions Pharmacy».
I recently had to have a prescription made up for my elderly kitty who suffers from hyperthyroidism. Due to an oral cancer, it was recommended that applying a topical medication to the ear would be easier than swallowing a pill. After making a useless 40 mile round trip to Federal Way and discovering they could not even do it that day, I returned home and found «Compounding Solutions» in North Seattle.
When I first spoke with Debbie (owner /​pharmacist), she was very easy to talk to and was able to make this medication the same day; for over $ 20.00 less than Key Compounding pharmacy.
After giving her my debit card info by phone, she offered to mail it at no charge. How great is that? I received it two days later packaged beautifully with a nice note and other information.
I recommended her to the new owners of my Rainier Veterinary Hospital, who I have had a long relationship with, and they were glad to hear about my positive experience.
All in all, Debbie is the greatest!!! She also gladly answered health questions pertaining to myself. I am looking forward to doing business with «Compounding Solutions» when the need arises.
