This has been a nightmare. Undisclosed, significant charges added to order upon pick up. Little to no communication. Walk in the front door and you will be appalled that someone is running a business in there… looks like a hoarder and a slob decided to cohabitate; extremely unprofessional. On top of that, there’s no one to help you when you walk in but a frightened weiner dog. I agree 100% with the other two neagtive posts.

Here’s the thing… the embroidery is decent work. But everything else is like banging your head against a wall. Confusion on the order and price, deadlines pass without a phone call or an email, closing before posted closing time, being condescended by Peter and crew, and on and on. Awful awful awful.
