I use Deryke painting for all the needs of my property management company. Bryan, the owner, is very conscientious and always takes care of my clients. I can trust him to be polite, thoughtful and save my clients money. Sometimes I need a quick and cheap paint job for a low cost apartment and other times I need heavily detailed work on an exterior in Madrona. So long as I tell Bryan which level of quality I need, he can adapt… and the price adapts too. I provide multiple quotes for my clients and Bryan is always the least expensive because he has very low overhead and he does so much work that he doesn’t have to hit a home run on every job. I would recommend Deryke Painting for both businesses that need such vendors as well as homeowners who want a job done at a smart price and good quality. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because he is a popular and really busy guy. Call him in advance so he can schedule you in.
