I used to love Jet City, but recently we’ve had several experiences with the quality of the pizza being flat out bad. Before we realized we were being idiots, we started ordering extra cheese because they didn’t put enough on it to actually cover the pizza and burned half of what was actually there to a thin, crispy coating. An employee told us that the owner was telling them to skimp on purpose to save money. Pretty skeezy when you have to pay for extra toppings by default to get a just mediocre pizza. Also, the prices are stupid. If you decide for whatever invariably unfounded reason to order from Jet City, at least order online so that you can get an online special, like the two large, two topping pizzas for $ 24, because otherwise you’re paying over $ 17 for one, which is thievery.

Ordered lots of pizzas for an event between bowls New Year’s Day. Yuck. All were dry looking, but the worst was the gluten free pizza. It had the same flavor as the cardboard it was delivered in.

Holy crap their large pizza is 14 inches. Is so damn small for 20 bucks. With tips and wings the equivalent of a 2 people worth of food was 50 bucks! Ps 20 minutes late. Go somewhere else

Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. I ordered 2 large pizzas with a 1-liter soda and it ended up being $ 60.00. The pizza was soggy and tasteless and I would never purchase from them again

I placed an online order and received a confirmation email at 5:02 pm. When our pizza had still not been delivered by 6:15 I called to ask when it was coming. The employee I spoke with said it was on its way and should be delivered soon. At 6:40 I called again and asked where our order was. This time the employee said it was waiting for us to pick it up. They delivered an hour and a half old pizza to us 10 minutes later. Awful pizza. We ordered the gluten free crust and their signature crust. Both of them were awful. We will never order pizza again from Jet City Pizza!

Wish I could give zero stars. The pizza is awful and it’s priced almost as high as Pagliaccis. Don’t waste your money. The staff was also quite rude when I picked up.

I actually thought the pizza was excellent. We had veggie and pepperoni on a couple of different crusts, and all with the tomato pizza sauce. I thought it was perfect. The delivery took an hour, though, and we are only 4 minutes away… Maybe that’s typical but it seemed like a long time. Definitely better to order online because they hung up on me when I called…

Decent pizza. They had a great deal on their sign, so make sure to drive by(don’t just order online).

I have returned to Jet City again and again and I’ve always enjoyed their pizza! It’s always delivered fast and the staff are friendly. Unless something changes, I’ll be a customer!

The pizza is delicious, but I had a rough time getting my order placed. I tried to order through Unilocal online twice before it went through, also tried to call in and got poor customer service the first time and no answer the second time. And I didn’t even know if my order went through until the guy showed up with my pizza half an hour later. It definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

Great pizza. Slightly overpriced maybe. The folks that work there are nice and can joke around if that’s the type of person you are. Told them I was new to the neighborhood and they were excited for me to try their pizza.

Great food but a little too expensive. I would recommend the Brewers special. It’s has spicy peppers and peanut, yeah I thought it sounded gross too but God damn, it’s a great pizza.

I just moved into the neighborhood and figured i’d give Jets a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The pizza was really good and the delivery driver was right on time. We ordered a large chicken bacon ranch pizza, their beer battered breadsticks, and a 2-Liter. The pizza was amazing, but the breadsticks were just okay. There was nothing wrong with them, but I think next time we’ll go for the cheese breadsticks for some added flavor. All around it was a good experience.

So hubby & I have been customers as long as they’ve been here. we used to order once every 6 months or so. Then we stopped ordering for some reason & started getting Papa Murphy’s or store deli take & bake pizzas. so the other night while on the way home we decided to call in an order & pick one up since it was on our way home. ordered a large(?) Canadian bacon, mushroom & black olive pizza. Picked it up & had sticker shock over the price. $ 20 for what looked like a medium pizza worth no more than $ 12. guess we will be sticking with Papa Murphy’s & deli pizzas from now on.

How I heard of this place: I first learned of Jet City Pizza when I moved in to the Wedgwood neighborhood for a brief stint of time. It wasn’t until today, while helping Jessica, a new friend pack up her apartment that I had the opportunity to check it out. Type of cuisine: Gourmet pizza for take-out. Ambiance: This establishment is not meant for enjoying the hot pizzas on-site. Instead, one can pick up or have a fresh, hot pizza delivered. What I ordered: While initially, we were looking to enjoy something simple, when we heard the daily special, none of us could refuse. The NW Garlic Gourmet! Topped with pesto sauce, artichoke hearts, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese and black olives, this delicious combination of flavors was served on Jet City’s micro beer batter crust(as I have now come to find out). What I loved: The pesto sauce added punch to the salty feta and olives, combined with the pungent sun-dried tomatoes and full-flavor of the artichoke hearts. Why I loved it: It was quick, easy, and ready when we needed it! Cost: Average to high(normally $ 19.99 for a large gourmet pizza, the special offered us this treat for $ 16.99)

We have given Jet City another chance twice now and I’m so happy to say they are back to being the good old Jet City we were missing. Thanks for earning our business back!

Still great pizza at a great price. BUT, we have now had two experiences of downright awful customer service. Both were on nights that they were extremely busy. Both were nights they could have anticipated this and prepared for it, or at least handled it more diplomatically. Latest example: Halloween. What happened: ordered at 3:30pm for 6pm delivery. Called at 6:15(took 5 tries to get through). Promised pizza would be here within 20 minutes. Called back at 6:55(took 8 tries to get through). Told pizza was still not made, much less in a car on the way to our house. Hungry toddlers; angry adults. What they should have done instead: Determine the number of orders they can handle at max capacity and staff up accordingly. Then, take orders only online and shut down ordering once max capacity is reached. Set up phones to go straight to voicemail with a message that directs:(1) orders to online only;(2) questions about a missing order to leave a brief message and expect a call back within 5 minutes;(3) all others to call back tomorrow.

We really like to order from Jet City when we feel like having pizza. We usually get a large gluten free pepperoni pizza and it turns out excellent every time. The staff are very friendly and helpful when you have questiond and they are always on time or ealy for delivery. I have not had the beer batter crust but have been with a group who has ordered it and it looks awesome!

Hands down one of the three best pizzas I’ve had in Seattle. We get the Brewery Combo with the cashews and jalapeños. The beer crust is amazing — so soft and fluffy… Not to mention delicious! Hubs is really traditional generally when it comes to pizza — he likes just meat. This is literally the only pizza I’ve ever gotten him to try that’s «different» and he digs it! Kids like it too but they stick with Hawaiian as kids tend to do. We order online and utilize coupons. The delivery is always super fast and the drivers are always friendly. They even delivered to us at Children’s Hospital when my kiddo was admitted. Other favorite pizza in Seattle: Romio’s Olympian and Kylie’s deep dish.
