Our Daughter went to ELDC Broadview for a little over a year. It was the 3^rd daycare she went to because of moving and it was the best. At first I was a little nervous because the physical building seemed a little old and is kind of close to Aurora, but the staff are exceptional. Our daughter started kindergarten this year and she is near the top academically and she learned a lot about getting along with others from her time at ELDC. The staff encourages kids to build confidence and let them have fun.

ELDC in Greenwood is AMAZING! Our daughter absolutely loves it. We’ve been there since she was 16 months old (now nearly 3) and couldn’t be happier. The teachers in each of the classrooms that our daughter has been in have all been so caring, kind, creative, and thoughtful. They truly care about our daughter and her development. Our daughter is always happy to go to ELDC and always happy at the end of the day. We had a few daycare providers before ELDC and they were all fine, but since starting at ELDC we haven’t looked back. I immediately and enthusiastically recommend ELDC to anyone who asks. It has made our lives as parents better and is such a wonderful part of our daughter’s life.

Our 2 year son has been coming to the greenwood location twice a week for 6 months now and we’ve seen a huge improvement in his socialization skills and language development. Despite having frequent play dates prior to starting at the ELDC, he was still very timid around his peers and even more with large groups of people. He now socializes with all the kids in his class and is much more comfortable around strangers. His vocabulary has almost doubled since he’s been attending and we always have to drag him out since he never wants to leave. His teacher, Misty, is really great with him and he now looks forward to going to school so he can «help» her at the beginning of the day and play with several of his new close friends. We are so glad we choose ELDC!

Simply put, the staff here know children, and they are loving, nurturing, positive and incredible. My daughter has had nothing but positive experiences here, and the staff are friendly and family-​like with us adults as well. A wonderful place for pre-​K children of all ages.

My 2 kids (ages 1 and 4) started at the Greenwood ELDC this summer. We love it! The teachers really worked at helping our children adjust and have been great communicators since the start. The atmosphere is friendly and collaborative and they make efforts to include parents, as well as provide opportunities for parents to meet each other. Best of all, the kids come home happy each day!

My son has been going to ELDC Greenwood full time for most of the past year, since he was 14 months old. He has been very happy here – the teachers are great, they really get to know the individual kids and he is thriving. He is always coming home with new words, great artwork and the daily report is so nice, I feel like I get a snapshot of his day.
The administrators are available whenever needed, there are lots of community events to participate in and they clearly care about these kids. He recently transitioned to the Kangaroo (2 year old) room, and it was handled really well. Finally, they are great about regular reports on his development, milestones, etc. We had our annual sit down meeting a few months back and I can always check his monthly and quarterly reports in his portfolio.
We are very happy here and hope to have baby boy # 2 here when he is a year old as well!

My son goes to the ELDC in Lynnwood. He’s been there since he was 1 and barely walking. He is now 4 ½ and he has blossomed. I never wanted to put my son in daycare but found myself in a situation where I wasn’t able to stay at home with him. I am so happy that we found ELDC because it’s not just a daycare. You will never walk in and find the tv version of a daycare with kids running amok and screaming. They use positive discipline and help kids work through their feelings rather than just punishing the behavior.
My son also learned his colors, numbers, and letters faster than I could have taught him at home and I credit the teachers for that.
They’ve also been very accomodating and accepting for our two-​mom household which subsequently went through a split and also for his gluten and egg sensitivities.

My child has been coming to the ELDC for about a year now. The difference between the ELDC and the daycare she was at before is enormous. I didn’t know it could be this good. They are reasonably flexible with schedules and tuition and have low turnover in staff. My child loves her teachers and classmates and talks about them outside of school all of the time. You can be involved as you want to be with fundraising, which is totally low pressure. Oh, and playground is awesome.
