This is one of the most legit group of trainers that I have worked with. I completely love the concept of not having to wait in Seattle traffic, just to get to the gym after an hour of sitting in my car in bumper to bumper traffic, only to get to the gym and be so stressed out I don’t even feel like working out any more. These guys eliminate that annoying factor and bring the gym to you instead. Great trainers, great motivators, very outgoing energetic personalities. I highly recommend Fitness On The Go trainers they are awesome. :)
