HomeStreet has a brand new branch in Ballard on 24th! I got there right as they opened and they gave me a warm welcome. They were just putting out a fresh bowl of water for neighborhood dogs. The teller who helped me was very friendly and took care of my deposit, alerted me to a potential problem with my account and answered all of my questions. She was a veteran of their 15th Ave branch – HomeStreet was smart to ensure they have some experienced professionals at this new branch. Overall I am very pleased with HomeStreet and recommend them if you’re looking for a mortgage or checking/​savings account.
