Jiffy Lube

I know next to nothing about cars, and every time I’ve been here (3 times) and each visit, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable with my needs.

I’ll start by saying that car stuff is my least favorite. These guys do a great job, from the greet to pulling away. They are courteous, polite, and always make me feel comfortable. I always leave feeling informed and educated. Big thanks to Mike and Shane!

Gave this location two chances. First, they spilled on my Cooper engine and dealer bitterly complained about mess. Second, they stole about 14 in change out of my coin purse a year later on my other car. Not a big steal but enough to make me write about it. No more jiffy lube for me.

Super awesome and professional workers! Was extremely well taken care of by Ted and he even took the time to explain things throughly and carefully. I’m always so hesitant about going to get oil changes done by myself, because I have been ripped off hardcore, but this place is great.

Fine bunch of fellas. They looked bored by they street holding the sign that promised no wait. It was true, no wait. Standard service that got my messy ranger vacuumed out and topped off the ever important wiper fluid.

Alright, I’ve had a wide variety of experiences with Jiffy Lube, this was definitely one of the better.
I rolled in 15 minutes before they closed and they happily greeted me and went straight to work.
The attendant, Chris, was very friendly, straightforward and not pushy with up selling (enough so that I knew what was available, but not pushing me to get a bunch of stuff I didn’t want or need).
Hope these same guys are here the next time I come in.

Quick service for an oil change on a Saturday afternoon. They walked me through their recommendations on what needed servicing on my car in conjunction with what subaru recommends. It didn’t feel like they were trying to oversell me on anything, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. They even vacuumed out my car and cleaned the windows!

I haven’t been to this location in over a year but had a decent experience the last time so I decided to return. Wow! fantastic service. The guys were super nice, very helpful, quick and I was in and out in 15min. Highly recommend going here for great service. Even the car before me, I listened to how they were treated and it was top notch! Thank you for a great experience!

Nice people and pretty low pressure. Getting an oil change as I type this. I will update the review if anything appears amiss but so far so good.

A long overdue update. Jiffy Lube management was superb in dealing with my complaint and sent a replacement cap for my vehicle at no charge and did so with a pleasant attitude, which can be tough when dealing with a demanding and critical public. But I am happy to say that having corrected a mistake, I can recommend this business as one of good work and good ethics. Just make sure you have your caps before you leave ;)

I parked the car and the guy working there seemed like he was still waking up a bit as he was not necessarily friendly but told me what I needed to do. He asked me some questions about the type of oil and I asked him what he thought and if it needed an oil change and he was honest enough to check and see that I could wait a while longer and not forcing me to pay for anything. He was friendlier at that point and asked if I would review the business. I appreciate the mostly friendly attitude at Jiffy Lube though as others have said I do not like them trying to sell me any extras… I just came in for an oil change. Thank you!!!

I don’t know where they find their employees, or maybe it is how they are trained, but my goodness are they friendly! I don’t have a single bad thing to say about them. I feel they are honest with my cars’ problems, and she has many I know. Their fluid top off program is super easy. I’ve been going here for years, and I’ve only had one issue, which was corrected quickly. I’ve also been to the Jiffy Lube up the street on Greenwood, but I feel the service crew is more efficient and friendly on the Holman Road crew!

This is the only Jiffy Lube (in all of my experience) that has NOT pressured me to buy anything in addition to a standard oil change! NO JOKE. I used to hate coming to Jiffy Lube because of that; it would cause my anxiety to go into hyperdrive just anticipating it.
And because I was not pressured, I was much more open to actually purchasing new filters, etc. Seriously guys, I’m so easy. That’s all it takes.
Quick, efficient, and friendly. This particular location didn’t seem too overly crowded on a weekend, either.
I think I’ve found my neighborhood (quick) oil change. Yay for Ballard!

Good place to go if you are in *desperate* need of an oil change. I chose the most basic of options, refused all of their add-​ons (coolant flush, etc).
Which really, I would contact a more reputable mechanic to flush any fluids… After I refused, the man who asked me if I wanted my coolant to be flushed… he grumbled as he walked away… and said something underneath his breath. Dude, I just said no, leave me alone… I was later asked if I wanted a new air filter. They purposely showed me a dirty one without showing me what mine looked like…
Just a weird, almost passive-​aggressive way of dealing with customers.
Also, I asked the employees (they come to my work up the road) why there are two Jiffy Lubes within 2 blocks of each other. None of them have given me an answer besides «I don’t know» yet.

Just wanted to spend a minute writing this up for JL, THESE MEN ROCK! I Simply drive from SeaTac to make sure they are the ones that service my line of vehicles. My recent trip there was the most professional oil change I’ve received. When I pulled up the Garage, Semir greeted me by opening the door and giving me a warm welcome. They pulled the vehicle in even before I entered their side door. Semir offered their whole line of services at a killer deal. I surprised at his knowledge and advise that he gave me. It is obvious their team knows what they’re doing. Their manger Alen was little pushy and cranky at the same time. However, Zach the lube tech was able to make up for it… Here’s how good they are, They we able to get my oil and air filter change done before I can even drink my cup of coffee… I highly recommend their location and even drive over 30mins to be able to get their services. I was happy to spend money with them. Zach and Semir’s teamwork is what keeps me coming back in… Don’t forget, I rather pay them then do it myself. If you want professional respect for you and your vehicle, GO TO HOLMEN RD JIFFY LUBE AND REQUEST the Semir and Zach Duo!

This place sucks. It takes forever to get your car serviced. It costs x3 compared to grease monkey and the service guy kept trying to intimidate me into extra services.

I was very impressed by the service that I received from Keith today. The location was super clean in the waiting room. They took care of my car in a «jiffy». Keith was personable as he explained the manufactures recommendations for my car in a low pressure educational fashion that I appreciated. I will be back for sure as a first time customer I am going to leave my rating at 4 stars but if I get the same level of service my next visit I will have no hesitation bumping it up to a full 5 stars.

There are two Jiffy Lubes on this street for some reason. The other one is right on the corner and looks nice and flashy. This one is a bit worn out on the outside but inside it’s great service with a wonderful attitude. I have been here once, and they answered all my silly questions. They even cleaned up the stubborn bird poo on my window that I have been planning on cleaning for the last few weeks. I highly recommend their friendly and professional service.

The service here has always been good to me. They’re quick and friendly and when driving by I often see them going above and beyond, holding their signs out in all kinds of weather.
