You’ve got to take this place for what it is — an ultra-fast sammy shop in the middle of downtown. With me? OK, you’re ready. These are the best subs money can buy this side of heaven. I strolled in at 12:15 on a Wednesday. Should be a line out the door right? Nope. Which initially made me nervous(«Why is there no wait for me to order?!?») I asked for a simple sandwich, but the cashier informed me I was incorrectly ordering and suggested another sammy. Thanks for looking out for my belly! They even handled my quick personalizations and additions. My oh my, did they produce that sub fast. I barely had time to look at my receipt before my custom order was ready. Huge win — extra mayo. Let’s be honest, you’re not eating at JJ’s for health benefits. Just get the extra mayo(Freeee!) and let your salivary glands confirm the great choice throughout consumption. Avoid pitall — Jimmy chips are a total scam. Its OK, I get it, the margin must be insane. But if your company isn’t picking up the tab, steer clear my friends. Find extra calories in other locations(see above = MAYOoOoOoO!!!)

Ever since I had my first Jimmy John’s sandwich, I’ve been a fan of their bun and their simple Pepe sandwich. I usually head over to this Seattle establishment for lunch when I’m looking for a great tasting sandwich that’s reasonably priced. I have noticed the price has gone up since the past 2 years by $ 1 or $ 2, but it’s still pretty cheap. Service is pretty fast despite how busy they get during the lunch hour on weekdays. Recently, I decided to order the Billy Club instead of my usual Pepe sandwich since I was feeling a bit hungrier than normal. I do kind of wish they used better mayo to make the sandwich unique in some way, but it’s still good.

JIMMIES! What is going on! I used to love your sandwiches and how fast they come out. But damn! You guys have dropped the ball lately a few times. Apparently I look like a guy who hates lettuce because the past two times I’ve been here you guys forget my lettuce! It’s great you’re so fast but maybe slow down a second or two to add the damn lettuce that is supposed to be on my sandwich. I’m thinking I’m done with you guys, there are way more sandwich places that do an excellent job every time. Even when they’re busy! Figure it out Jimmies, I am disappointed in your sad sad performance. Peace!

Cheap, fast sandwich. If a Subway and a Jimmy John’s were next to each other, I would walk in the Jimmy John’s because the sandwiches are ever so slightly better and JJ’s offers a bread option that actually has flavor(but you have to ask for it). If you are starving and not too picky, this will do. If you want a real sandwich, you are better finding a Boars Head or PotBelly.

Oh my, if your looking for a vegetarian sandwich with avocado, do not order this #6. WORSESANDWICHEVER! Come to CA. and eat at either Togo’s or Beach Hut Deli. There you’ll get a sandwich with real avocado!

It’s pretty much like all the other stores. I got a tuna sub and off i went one or two minutes later. when i got back to my desk and proceeded to devour it, i noticed a pool of fluid at the bottom of my sandwich. for whatever reason, it was a very wet tuna sub. it was tasty though. i’m still a little irritated that they won’t allow you to ask for the bread guts. they insist on throwing it away. which, for lack of a better description, sucks.

Jimmy John’s is one of those restaurants where you get the same quality no matter what store you go to. I come here when I want a quick sandwich that I can order online while at work, zip over to pick it up, and wolf it down at my desk. Their sandwich filling items are just A-Ok, nothing special. It’s their bread that gets your cravings going. It’s just so delicious! Pro Tip: They carve the insides of the bread out. You have to request for them to leave it in. But honestly, I think carving out the middle of the bread is half the reason it’s such a good sandwich!

I work in the SMT and I hit up this place at least once a week. It’s quick and the food is consistent. It’s also more reasonably priced in comparison to everything else in the atrium.

Better than subway, but not better than jersey mikes. It felt like something was missing in the sandwich. Bread was good but not bad, a little too thin for my liking. We had the tuna and Italian subs in case you’d like to try.

This is the best place to get delivery sandwiches– they are SO fast and what I love the most is the staff is always incredibly friendly. Sandwiches are fairly simple but the bread is fresh and delicious which I feel is the most important part of a good sandwich. Once I had an order that had part of the sandwich missing and the delivery guy came and picked up the defunct one and promptly brought back a new sandwich. The best part was whomever made my sandwich wrote«Sorry! :*(«on the sandwich. Yes, they cared enough to draw a little teardrop on the frowny face. Sold.

Jimmy John’s, hmmm: better than Subway. It seems more fresh than subway but is more expensive and I LOATHE the use of the word gourmet. JJ’s use of it is part of why the word has lost all meaning whatsoever. There is nothing gourmet about my sandwich, in fact you even tell me that I can have Hellman’s mayo and whatever French’s mustard giving up even the illusion that maybe you make some ingredients in house. The only reason I ever order JJ’s is because I need something delivered to the office.

We were in a hurry so we went to Jimmy John’s because they are tasty and fast. We ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, 1 bag of chips, and 1 cookie. I pulled out a 20 to pay, and was a little startled at the 33 dollar total. I paid, of course, but asked for a receipt to see exactly what I was paying for. A 5 dollar sandwich, a 6 dollar sandwich, 21.50 drinks, 21.25 items, subtotal 29 and change! I had my finance double check it, and she agreed that something was wrong and brought it up to the cashier. At this time the sandwiches came so I went up to collect the refund they were figuring out. The cashier, a sandwich maker, and the meat slicer were all trying to figure it out. Basically they had charged me twice for each of the sandwiches. They rung it back up at the correct price, then tried to give me change for 30, even though I paid with 40, so with the 7 they gave me back already, plus the change they tried to give me, they still owed me 3 dollars. Finally she reached into the register, pulled out«approximately» correct change, slammed it down on the counter with a new receipt(still, not an accurate one) and said«There’s your receipt. You can check it again if you think you need to.» and walked off in a huff. Jimmy John’s is great but don’t go to this location.

This sub shop is soo much better than Subway. Although they are a little heavy with the mayo! I get mustard and no mayo and it is good! For the anti-bread people they have an Un-which which is they insides of a sub in a lettuce wrap! yum!

The JJ Gargantuan is almost worth the $ 9 it costs. It’s loaded with meat and it a good hearty sandwich. TB had some sandwich that was suppose to have sprouts. Unfortunately, they let me swipe my card without mentioning they have no sprouts and were going to put lettuce on it. Not the biggest deal but it’s little things like this that should be considered«false advertisement». If you don’t have sprouts say it or take it off the board.

FAST! YUM! Love the bread. Love the chips. They make a good sammy, and they make it fast! If you get it delivered, they’re also incredibly fast. It’s a little pricier than Subway or Potbelly, but it’s still a good price for a superior sandwich.

It’s ok at best. The best feature by far is that I don’t have to leave the office to get my lunch — they deliver in less than 10 mintues typically. I order a few different sandwiches from there on a pretty consistent basis. The meat seems really processed and the sprouts literally taste like dirt. One the plus, they’ve never gotten my order wrong and their Thinny Chips are DELICIOUS!

I ate at this sandwich chain while I was in Seattle. The food was okay — nothing special. It was very similar to Subway. You can get a sandwich with a soda and a bag of potato chips here too. The prices are also very affordable. Their standard sandwich is 8 inches long and costs about $ 5. The big difference I noticed with these guys and Subway is their bread. The bread at Jimmy John’s is very smooth and thick — it has a texture that is more like a bagel than the soft bread at Subway.

Great choice for a cheaper and healthier option anytime of day. Super fast. Good location if you happen to be out and about in downtown, on your lunch break or waiting for a bus. If you’re driving, forget it. Go to another location. There is no street parking and the nearest garage will cost you $ 5+.

Jimmy John’s is okay. They are ridiculously fast, which is the primary reason I come here. By the time I pay, my Turkey Tom with cucumbers is ready to take back to my desk. I also really like their BBQ chips and the huuuge pickles. But, there’s one problem: I’m a small girl and I don’t eat a lot. I wish Jimmy John’s would allow me to order a half sub, because the whole ones just dry out after I put them in the fridge and I’m trying really hard not to waste money on bigger portions than I need. Maybe they have a kid’s meal so we can make up, but I’m thinking Subway or Quizno’s down the street might fulfill my sub needs a little better.
