Light of Hand Massage with Joanna is the real deal. She was very professional and she really listened to what my aches and pains were, and tuned the massage to my needs. It was the best massage I’ve ever had, and the most effective massage in relieving my sore spots. She had a great energy to her and she is extremely skilled. I will definitely be back.

I have finally found my new favorite massage therapist since my last one left town about two years ago! Joanna has THE best touch for relaxation massage and has everything set up so that you relax the minute you walk through that door. I wish I was able to see her on a regular basis.

A very tranquil environment, Joanna delivers outstanding, individualized service to her clients. Rare is it that a person goes to get a massage and the masseuse takes extended time to discuss your individual concerns, go over health history etc. Not only that, Joanna is passionate about her work. Rare too in the industry. She is very attentive, cares deeply about your experience, and truly wants you to «melt» into a relaxed, stress-​free state. Very therapeutic and highly trust-​worthy. Refreshing to meet someone who would do something for free if like all of us, didn’t have to earn a living. She’s far more concerned about your well-​being and experience than like some places where you are just another client adding revenue. Easy access from Ballard, Queen Anne, and Magnolia. Lots of free, on-​site parking too!

I originally went to LOH from a Groupon offer. Have since been back 3 times and every time has been a perfect experience. I am an adult athlete and Joanna’s experience and professionalism is helping aid my recovery w/​massage therapy. She has been a huge help and is now part of my regular training regiment. I would highly recommend her as a solid therapist that listens to the needs of clients.
