Visit was quick and he answered all my questions thoroughly. Dog was cute as a button! I had been waking up with bites of some sort and was freaking out that it was bedbugs. It is most definitely not the cheapest option and he only takes cash or check. Luckily, this adorable pup ruled bed bugs out and now i know its more likely spiders.
Also, I should mentioned he accommodated me in on a very short notice, which I really appreciated.

I manage a few apartment buildings, and I have been working with Tony for about 2 years. HE. IS. AWESOME!!! One of my buildings had a big bed bug problem (now resolved, don’t worry!). When we would call the exterminators out to inspect, they would say «Oh, yeah, you need to treat ALL these units». And they were the experts, so we believed them. We spent tens of thousands of dollars, and I would ask the exterminators and tenants, «So did you find any?» And more often than not, they said no. Meanwhile, they were getting paid a few thousand dollars for each apartment they treated, whether it needed treatment or not. I called Tony to do follow-​up inspections when I started to feel like I was being taken for a ride. Sure enough, after his thorough canine AND visual inspection, he only found bed bugs in the two units that we were sure had infestations. He didn’t find anything in the other units, living or dead.
Because Seattle is #13 in the nation for bedbugs, and because I work for an awesome Property Management company that treats our tenants like family, we have Tony inspect our buildings twice a year. It’s the best money I spend, and I trust him with MY bed too. :)

Tony came out to my place right away Sunday morning after I thought I found a bug! He is very thorough and does a detailed inspection of couches, beds, and furniture! He was able to identify the smallest signs of bed bugs and helped guide me through treatment options.
