On a recent night, I emerged from a show peckish. I knew that I didn’t want to make anything so I parted with a fin for a Polish with sautéed onions and cream cheese. As I walked the blocks to my car, it was exactly what I craved. The bread was soft without being mushy, slathered with a healthy amount of cream cheese on one side of the bun. The onions were flavourful and a little messy as I slurped them with each bite. The dog itself was nicely charred. The casing had a good snap to it with its skin blistered in places to give it a nice flavour. I’d definitely snag one again as I walk to my car and I’m looking forward to the shows I have there later this month so I can try their other two varieties!
