I give this business and it’s owner Dave 5 stars for the over and above customer service. I had bought a mattress and headboard (at a discounted price) that was to be delivered. The delivery and the assembly got a little botched due to the delivery guys were too new. Dave, the owner was called and came right over and not only fixed the problem with the bed but improved on the design by adding some stabilizing screws. He spent 2 hours making sure we were happy with the product in a very gracious manner. I trust this man. This business is privately owned by Dave and his wife. Please go and check them out, they have 2 stores one at Northgate Mall and Everett. Thank you Dave!
