One of the best phone stores in the area, in that the people who work here «listen» to your concerns and find the right phone. A great plan for $ 50 a month with unlimited talk and text and 2GB of data, which includes a Samsung Note 5.
Very happy with the deal. There were no surprise huge bills and no phone assistants with thick foreign accents.

The worst place to get ripped they take your money and they tell you that this is your bill I hate this store and I will never suggest this store or their phone or anything from them they want your money and who cares about you

I went into another location this morning to buy a phone and was put on a very long waiting list. I waited for 30 minutes before leaving to come to this location. Here I was greeted right away and within minutes I had a salesperson activating a brand new phone. This was the best cell phone buying experience I have ever had and wanted to tell the world.

The store theme? Individual results will vary.
After a 6 day wait. We were told the replacement phone had arrived. I’ll leave it up to you to decide if waiting 6 days for a replacement phone from Sprint is acceptable or not. But as to the Northgate Sprint Store specifically, the employee Erin, was great. Very professional and courteous. The store would greatly benefit from those qualities being utilized in the store management positions.

I purchased a mobile wifi hotspot through them here and upon going to use it the battery was completely dead. I phoned sprint who told me to take it back to where I got it to have them replace the battery however when I returned to this location specifically they were rude and abrupt and told me that they were not responsible and that I would need to contact netgear who manufactured the mobile wifi. I phoned netgear and they told me sprint was responsible. Clerk at store refused to replace battery stating it wasn’t their policy… and out of frustration I left… way to take care of your customers sprint! customer service at this location is completely appalling especially to their own clientele. No wonder sprint was rated the worst cell phone service in the nation by Consumer Reports… check it out for yourself and go with a different company.

After being frustrated with a phone issue, we went in to Sprint at Northgate and Amy and Daustin found solutions for us. Our experience couldn’t have been better so this will be the only Sprint location we will go to from now on.

There are never ever enough staff at this location. I do not blame the sprint employees themselves, they have all always been very polite to me. I do however feel that staffing 2 – 3 employees during the evening and having wait times longer than 20 minutes is a little excessive. Tonight I waited for 25 minutes then had to leave because of an appointment. Even the employees where frustrated about the gross understaffing. Great people, horrible corporate leadership.

I used to be a Sprint customer for years and paid a lot of money to be on their network. Then I moved to an area where Sprint network coverage was sporadic and I had to change provider. Yesterday, I had to transfer contacts from my old phones to the new phone. I called this store where I’ve been to many times before. The young woman who answered the phone was such a robot. She repeated herself over and over without listening to me, then hung up on me twice after scolded me and informed me she had already told me the same thing 4 times. I drove to the store to get some service. While there for the next 3 hours, I observed her (Karen) and the another tech (Jashet or Japhet, «lead technician» there !!!) spend much of their time on their personal devices (texting, reading news or whatever it is they are reading) I know these are their personal devices because I was in the store for 2 hours and there were times there was no one there, and they had no other device to work on, they were on the personal cell phone talking to friends briefly. But mostly, they were just reading or watching something on those phones without doing anything to them for like 15−20min straight at a time until someone asks them a question. Yet, they acted super busy when I first came in, as if they have a load of phones to work on. Truthfully, they had a couple of phones they were working on, but then they were done and was on their personal phones non-​stop. I take issue with the way they treated me, and the manager who was not there clearly allow this type of behavior to go on for years because I’ve seen these 2 pulling the same attitude when I was last with Sprint 2 years ago.

We had a very positive experience at the Sprint store today. Zane was incredibly personable, funny, and helpful! He made the entire process of getting a new phone very easy. He was informative and we walked out happy with the new phone that we had chosen. Thanks so much!

The one star is for friendliness. It literally took one hour and 22 minutes to pick up a pre ordered phone and to put a screen protector on. The amount of aimless, small, and meaningless chit chat that I was forced to engage in completely made me want to scratch my ears off with Brillo pad. Seriously? And it’s never taken less than an hour at Sprint any time I’ve went. Don’t go without a sleeping bag and tent and make sure your available all day. I mean allllll dayyyyyy.

I went into Sprint today in hopes to get the new iPhone, Carlos greeted me within seconds of walking through the door. Unfortunately for him it was a long process figuring out a deal that had been placed on my account (I had a deal for an early upgrade that was almost impossible to do in store but he made it happen). It took a while to figure out but Carlos went above and beyond my expectations and got everything taken care of. I can gladly say, I walked out of the store with my new phone and great experience.

Austin and Zane were awesome. Austin helped me from the get go and was super quick for what I needed (porting over my phone number over a temporary number). They didn’t try to upsell me and were super friendly and helpful. Can’t beat it!

After working on the online chat for an hour and a half to get a new phone activated I was sent into the store to get helped and was assured multiple times online that it would be «a quick and simple fix in store». I arrived at the store and after standing in the entrance for 10 minutes with out being greeted I wondered in. After approaching a worker to see if there was a waiting list I was told no, and that I would be helped «in a few minutes». After watching the flow of the store I realized I was second in line. 40 minutes later I approached another worker and asked if they would be able to help solve my issue, she told me «it is quiet a process, one of the other workers will help you». Twenty minutes later I was finally approached and told after a 45 second conversation that what I needed was impossible with a side of «sorry you waited for an hour». I have never had such bad costumer service. My sprint cell reception is terrible, my data always shuts off and never works, and I get the run around with any attempt to get costumer service. I will cancel my sprint service ASAP. If I could give zero stars I would.

awful service I waited for the two clerks to get back from dinner. who sends 2 people to dinner at 5:00 in retail? Clerk was rude in tone and uninterested in helping. I had 2 questions. He told me call customer service about my bill questions, he couldn’t help. He told me go to the kiosk in the mall or go online to upgrade my phone, he couldn’t help. He shrugged and was so uninterested. He also couldn’t access a computer. Why go to a store if you have to call or go online for help? It’s apparently a «showroom» only. Worst service I ever had. Which is too bad. I had superior awesome service last time from the UVillage store before it closed 3 years ago. Sprint fix your personnel and training issues. I did get better service on the phone and by going to Bellevue-​Redmond store, so I guess he was right!

I wish I could leave a good review for sprint but the truth is that they have the worse customer service I have ever had. Not only do they take my money for 2 years on their sorry excuse for a «cell phone insurance» but then they have the audacity to charge me a high deductible for the new phone that I had to PURCHASE in order to replace the one that was stolen from me.
If I am already paying your insurance for 2 to 3 years then I don’t even want to pay $ 100 for a cell phone when I should get it for $ 50 or less. In my case maybe even free! How much did they collect from me over the past 2 to 3 years on this insurance cost? Enough for me to just get a new one delivered over night with minimal cost. Instead they started me at a replacement rate of $ 150 for a galaxy 2! This phone is already old!
Even worse, prior to this offer their employee and their supervisor tried to sell me on an upgrade that would lock me into a new contract for the next 2 years. I bet you want that don’t you! so I can keep getting the same horrible service from you for the next 2 years without the option of leaving. At least I still have that option and will move forward with it too!
In conclusion, don’t waste your time with their insurance because I was actually able to buy the same phone on Ebay for $ 60 without the need to pay for insurance over the past 2 to 3 years and the phone still came out to be $ 90 cheaper. OOHHH! and it works beautifully too!
Needless to say I canceled my insurance payment with them and am now working on finding a good deal and service with AT&T who I was with before or Verizon who I hear great things about in both customer service and network quality. It may be a little more expensive but the service and the quality of the network is priceless compared to what Sprint can provide.

I don’t know Alex in a personally level but I must admit that his customer service is dope, he goes beyond his way to make sure you’re happy with the product you get and asks several times to help you set up and use your phone. It’s always nice that somebody actually enjoy their job and wants to help you with anything you need, especially dealing with phones. Ps if you’re nice to him he’ll find you deals that’ll have you leave with more money then you thought you would.

I have the most amazing customer service today at the Sprint store on Northgate Way. Here is why, I purchased an iPhone online at the end of January and yesterday I finally opened the box and activated the phone.
I quickly realized that I hate the iPhone. So today I decided to pay the store a visit to see if I could do an exchange to back to an Android. While I was waiting I had an opportunity to explore several options of Androids and came up with the notion that I should go back to getting another Galaxy.
I had the pleasure of working with Zac Simmons who is and was the only customer service sales person available today, but he was very patient and understanding as I explained my situation, he called Sprint CS on my behalf to explain to them that it was not public knowledge to me that if I were to do an exchange that I would have to pay $ 35 that I refused to pay. Zac worked his magic by calling a couple of other contacts within sprint to find out what would be the best solution to avoid me having to pay the $ 35 exchange fee and I’m not sure exactly how he did it, but I was able to do the exchange and get the phone I want, which is the Galaxy Note 4 I absolutely love and I did all this without any exchange of any additional dollars out of pocket expenses.
Please understand this; when it comes to sprint it’s a love hate relationship, but I see a manager who understands his role and how customers appreciates good service.
I commend Zac for his exemplary service as a young manager, because he went over and above. I must admit there were some flirting, not mucj jusy my usual. Lol
That said, Zac is an exceptional person and I admire him for that. Way to Go!

I am very happy with my phone, but let’s see what happens when I get my bill. Lol.

Brought my phone in because it tanked and wouldn’t work. Tried a ton of troubleshooting myself before I brought it in. Didn’t expect them to fix my phone by my man Alden was on it and restored my phone to fully functional. Very happy with both Ryan and Alden. I’ve left many Sprint stores enraged from my interactions with the workers but not here. I’ll post another review in a few months when I upgrade and resign a contract

I got a Galaxy Note 3 there less than 2 months ago. 3 days ago it started acting buggy when plugged in to charge. It got to the point that being on the charger drained the battery. I scheduled an appointment online and went in 5 minutes early just in case I could be seen. There were 3 people working, all occupied when I arrived– no big deal. They then asked who was next when the screen showed my appointment was to be serviced next. They took 3 people WITHOUT appointments prior to beginning to address my issue. They also spent a great deal of time joking around with each other and carrying on with unnecessary conversations about what they were doing after work while a handful of people sat waiting.
Finally the guy cleans my charging ports and tried it– it still was acting a little strange but some better. He said to take it home and come back if it was still happening but to factory reset it to verify it wasn’t a software issue.
The next day the phone was worse– SO i factory reset it. This didn’t help and it went completely dead, won’t charge.
I go in today and there was one other customer in the store on the phone visibly upset at the service he received. The 5 employees at the store were standing around making fun of him. One employees was actually making male genitalia sucking gestures (hand to mouth and tongue popping out the side of his cheek while the others laughed). This is a terrible way to treat customers!
It also turns out I did not need to factory reset my phone as it was a bad charging port, so the guy from the night before wasted a great deal of my time as I have to reset up the phone. I had 3 days without a usable phone and a huge waste of my time in addition to witnessing some of the most disrespectful employees I have ever encountered.
I will gladly travel farther away from my home to visit a different store in the future.

I no longer work for the company, but let me leave some tips for the customers. This goes for every Sprint corporate location.
1) If you have an issue with your phone, chances are google and YouTube will be your best friends in solving the issue. Look it up. If not, then feel free to call ahead just in case they can troubleshoot over the phone. If not, then go in.
2) If customer service tells you one thing, and the store tells you another, don’t be surprised. Customer service hardly ever contacts the store about anything. Care said they left notes on the account, but the store can’t see it? Not shocking. I never knew how that worked, but try to only work with one side unless you really need to. If Care says you should go to the store for something, call the store ahead and see if you can. Chances are, you can probably save yourself a trip because sometimes the store can’t do what you’re wanting.
3) You are not paying $ 10 for 4G. Whoever told you that is lying. It’s for the amount of data that you are getting… unlimited. Oh and yes, it’s taking awhile for the 4G, but once it is completely up and running, be happy you still have unlimited.
4) Yes, your phone gets water damaged. «But my phone has never been in water!» Just because you haven’t dropped your phone in the toilet, does not mean that your phone will never be water damaged. Do not bring your phone in the bathroom while you shower. Do not stick your phone in the cup holder in your car. Oh, and you’re living in Washington! Your motherboard will start corroding from the moisture and the techs will see it. You need the proof, ask for it.
5) Batteries last usually for only a year. They’re an accessory to the phone. Expect to pay $ 50 when your battery dies.
6) Yes, all the employees make commission. Some employees more than others will accept the fact that maybe you won’t buy anything and will still help you for hours on end. Depends on who’s helping you and such. Just the truth. As it is with any employee anywhere that makes commission.
7) If they want to show you something when you’re there, let them. They’ll probably show you some cool stuff, maybe you’ll learn something new.
8) THERE IS A RESTOCKING FEE. It’s on the contract. You return your phone, it’s $ 35. No matter the reason. You have a problem with it, feel free to call Care. You signed the agreement. You return a tablet, it’s $ 75.
9) iPhone users: Sprint has a contract with Apple that says they cannot take apart your phone. It sucks, I know. That’s just how it is.
10) Don’t cuss at them, they’ll kick you out. If you yell at them saying you want to leave Sprint because of whatever reason and use it as a threat, what do you really expect them to do?
11) You can’t have things «thrown in» for free. Don’t ask.
12) If your phone is damaged, don’t expect all your information to be backed up and just able to go to the new phone. Back up EVERYTHING, regularly.
13) If you want your bill explained, only explained, to you and don’t want to deal with Care, cool. Don’t expect credits to your bill.
14) Get the damn insurance. Just get it. It’s a good deal. Accidents happen all the time. And don’t get pissed when you have to pay $ 100-​$ 200 for a phone replacement. Otherwise you will pay $ 600-​$ 800 for a new phone without the insurance. Just get it.
15) Have a BACKUP phone! You’ll want it when your phone randomly just dies (which btw is the phone company’s fault, not Sprint’s). Yes, we know, you use your phone for business and you absolutely NEED it and can’t wait 2 – 3 business days for a new one. Just keep a backup somewhere before it’s too late.
16) One more just for kicks: buy em a Starbucks. Absolutely not necessary, but you’ll be remembered as one cool ass customer. And they will be super happy to help you every time they see you even if you never get them one again, promise: P
