We upgraded our phones at this store — they beat out all the other places in price by a long shot, with the deals they were offering. During the process, Sprint gave them all kinds of grief as they tried to activate our new phones and plans. Though they didn’t have to, they went FAR above and beyond, advocating on our behalf until everything was resolved with Sprint — over a week later! They really hung in there for us and had our backs throughout the experience, never once making us feel like an inconvenience. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Extra props and thanks to Joe and Kendra for their amazing customer service, patience, and advocacy on our behalf!

Horrible customer service: I got a case for a phone and I was not happy with it. I tried to return out with out receipt. I told the person I didn’t get one because the printer got jam, but they could check the purchase on my card. She found the transaction and because I was returning on the 16th day they could not help… I was told then that worstbuy only give 14 days for return. Fine with me, I told Kadeen the store manager but while shopping and buying there no one told me about the policy and there is not return policy visible in the store. She smiled and proceed to open a sign displayer. BEHIND the sign and NOT visible to the customers is the return policy. I have no problem in buying items from stores that ban returns but they definitively display their policy in a conspicuous manner. Never in my life I was expecting best buy to be this shady. Nor to have this new draconian policy.

These guys were extremely helpful and patiently answered all of our questions about switching to Verizon, plus they gave us a better deal than Verizon offered themselves. Two brand new Galaxy S4’s for $ 0 and the monthly rates were cheaper than anything Sprint, AT&T and T-Mobile had to offer(we tried them all first). This was the location inside the mall(not sure if address/pics reflect that).
