We have had Cheston come and do work for us more than once. He is always meticulous in work, and the clean up left our yard looking better than before he showed up. I can see why they call him «the tree whisperer» :D

Same experience as many others. Took 6 attempts to reach them to actually talk to someone. Then finally I got a response weeks later, made an appt. which they never showed up for. I took time off from work to stay home, which was most irritating. We got a call later that day or perhaps the next day stating technical issues with phone and car break-​down, every reason in the book. I contacted Groupon for a refund immediately.

Is this even a real company? I purchased my Groupon 3 months ago and have been trying to contact the owner to make an appointment for the last 3 months. I tried email, calling nothing works. If they are a real company, I can tell you they don’t care at all about customer service. I got fed up with them and contacted Groupon to get a refund. This is the worst business I have encountered in my life.

I too bought a Groupon. Called 6 times, sent emails. Even asked Groupin to help get an answer. Nada. No response at all. I think this business is out of order. Had Groupon refund my purchase. Very disatisfied. At least they could have called and told me they can’t do anything.

Is this even a real business?! I’ve spent the last month calling in hopes of setting up an appointment, or in the very least having anyone return a phone call to simply tell me that they cannot set up an appointment for the business that they’re supposedly in. I also tried emailing them to no avail. Their horrible and nonexistent customer service should be an indication to anyone potentially seeking their services. Zero stars.

Terrible customer service. I too got a GROUPON for some tree pruning. I called them several times and emailed them several more times. They requested pictures of the work to be done and after I emailed them pictures of my trees, they never contacted me back. I gave up on them now… rather not deal w/​such unreliable company!!!

BEWARE!!! I purchased a Groupon from Stone Tree Services. They scheduled me for today and never showed up! 2 days prior I emailed confirmation, no response. Yesterday I called and left a message confirming, no response. Today (3 hours after my appointment and several messages from me later) they called. First apologized and said that they had had technical difficulties but their shredder is working now. Then, claimed to have never spoken to me. Not true since I checked my cell phone history and I had an incoming call from them they day that I say I scheduled. The woman I spoke to told lie after lie and really just wanted me to get my money back from Groupon. They obviously sold too many Groupons and don’t want to honor them.

I had a huge branch fall off a big evergreen in my back yard and land partially on my neighbor’s fence. Stone Tree was able to come out the next morning and clear away the limb and charged a very fair price. I would definitely call on them again.

Cheston came out and did excellent work on my huge tree in my front yard. Not only was it tangled in the power lines, but it also blocked my view of Seattle. Within hours he had it done, and cleaned up quick. Thanks!

Cheston was able to come out to my project and get me a bid within a 24 hour time period. He then came out and did the work over the course of two days. He truly values safety and doing a job right over anything else. I felt comfortable having him and his crew around and they left the job site spotless at the end of the day.
Overall, I would highly recommend using Stone Tree Services as a reliable, clean and cost effective service.
